I arrived at the hotel around 1:00 PM to check in, but was informed that my room was not yet ready. I left my bag with the concierge and requested that it be sent to my room once it’s ready. When I returned to the hotel at approximately 1:00 AM, I was surprised to know that my check-in had not been completed, and my bag was still at the concierge desk. Additionally, I was initially assigned a disabled room, which was not appropriate for my needs. While the situation was eventually resolved after some arguments and I was given a normal room, the experience was disappointing and inconvenient.

Smooth check in by Ms.Anjulina , proactive staff. Room service is prompt. Location is excellent near restaurants , nightlife, metro station right outside . Over all good and courteous staff.

We rented in the apartment section. it’s a very nice size apartment and comes with a small kitchen and living room. If you’re going to be in the area and have a family, this is highly recommended.

The host is very big. You can see the Museum of the Future. There is a universal charger in the room. The hotel service is also very good. The staff cleans the room every day. It is a little far from the subway station, but it is more convenient to take a taxi.

We were very grateful for Lelisa for accomodating our requests. We were given a room with great views of Dubai Burj Khalifa and Museum of the Future. The room was huge in size and the spa shower and bath has a view to die for. We stayed in room 3204. The breakfast buffet has a lot of options to choose from. The location is just opposite the World trade center, just a few stations before Burj Khalifa and Deira. All the staffs from the valet to room service cleaning were very friendly. Thank you for making our stay memorable.
