**Review:** I recently stayed at this hotel in Dubai, and it was a fantastic experience. The location is excellent, placing you right next to the metro station and in a good heart of the city with easy access to major attractions. The rooms are very comfortable, providing a perfect retreat after a busy day of exploring. The value for money is outstanding, especially considering the range of services available. The hotel offers great amenities, including a well-maintained pool, which was a highlight for relaxation. However, the most impressive aspect was the customer service. The staff were incredibly friendly and supportive, making me feel right at home. Despite being on a very tight budget, I felt I received five-star treatment. If I ever return to Dubai, even with a larger budget, I would still choose to stay at this hotel. It contributed significantly to my wonderful experience in the city. Thank you for everything!

As a solo business traveler, I found this hotel to be an excellent choice. The location is superb, with plenty of amenities. The staff were professional, ensuring a smooth and pleasant stay. Highly recommend it for convenience and comfort!

I had an amazing one night stay at the QE2 - as a Brit now living in Austrália the QE2 has a special place in my heart - never as a Cunard ship could I have afforded travelling to New York - now I could and the ship is sparkling - the renovation is fantastic throwing you back to the heyday of her life - the service was fantastic the food and drink authentic and worth the stay! My wife says I better come back with her

The review about the hotel is superb good but to be honestly the managing director of the hotel needs to be changed, the hotel manager is poorly managing the hotel he cant even check the reservation made by the client but kept calling the room phone while clients are asleep we even tell him we are asleep and we will bring the reservation when we are awake on front desk but didn’t listen and kept calling, after all was done we even went to dining room but the manager tried also to follow us while dining and we even told him its not proper to follow a client while dining to confirm the reservation after we were done we went to reservation desk and we found our reservation paper already printed so we decided to ask the front desk to call the manager, after he arrived he kept the same thing, he wanted us to show him the reservation so everyone started to stare at him and he even reached a point of calling the police so we asked him calmly whats your problem with us he had nothing to say and felt shy and went away.The hotel seriously needs to evaluate options for improving the HR Department .Had one of the worst experience in my life.The Manager is really are terrible....below is his picture everyone to this hotel need to avoid this manager as i cant group him to ****** or whatsoever

Was very specious room. With small separate kitchen, living room and bed room. We took lower level as it was one day stay only. Location perfect, near to metro. Few stops away from Dubai mall etc. It was heart of downtown. Near got some coffee shops, pharmacy. They got great roof top. Seems like busy hotel, as there was a lot of people at the lobby. Abit noisy on that sense. Very friendly staffs. All are very attentive. I have stayed here 2 years ago and this time came back with my husband. Always lovely to come back.

This was a great stay, John the concierge was very nice and welcoming, he helped us a lot. The girl behind the counter when we checked in and out helped a lot too, excellent stay, great view, great comfortable room

The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with modern amenities. The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any requests. The location was convenient, offering easy access to local attractions and transportation.

We stayed 2 nights as a family 1.5 months ago and checked in after midnight, later than expected due to baggage delays. The staff were all good and friendly. The hotel is right beside DIFC metro station and is only a stop away from Museum of the Future in one direction, nd Dubai Mall/Burj Khalifa in the other direction and this was a factor in us choosing this hotel - being in middle of those 2 points of interests. When checking in, we got upgraded to an apartment due to the rooms being overbooked which was good for us. The apartment itself was good, there was a bathroom, bedroom, sitting area and an open kitchen. There were TVs in the bedroom and the sitting area. We could see Burj Khalifa from sitting room window. There were 1 issue which I will highlight and another very minor. Both of the TVs did not work. Never mind them not being Smart TVs, they did not even show any local cable channels - not whatsoever whilst we were there. I tried with both of them to get something on but no channels were available - not sure if there was an issue with connection. Secondly, if they have a kitchen in apartments, it would be a good idea to stock it with some pans, although we did not need to use any of it and only needed glasses, which you'd get in rooms anyway. Apart from the TV issue, hotel was great, there is a shop (24/7 perhaps) inside the hotel, we used luggage storage facility after check-out and we did not use or visit any other facilities like swimming pool and restaurants so cannot comment on them, perhaps another time.
