Usually i am picky and moody in terms of evaluating service however I had a wonderful experience with the house keeping and room services. For laundry i have prepared my items in the laundry bag and went outside when i came back they were washed ironed and hanged in my closet which was really fast and nice Also the ladies whose cleaning our rooms were extremely nice and polite they asked us politely about our desire of when we would like to have our rooms cleaned and every time we go out side and get back the rooms are tidied For the spa OMG i had an amazing experience with a professional massage therapist she was very detailed about every aspect, she walked me through the spa as tour and showed me the areas asked me couple of questions and to be honest i felt asleep out of the relaxation where this is not the usual me lol. I loved it and I will always be choosing address Dubai mall for my vacations

The hotel quite old and most of the rooms has dumb and humidity. humidity level so high, we had our first room with stinky and was very smelly, one of our kids has problems with breathing so we ran away and we asked them to get another room. We were looking for a clean room trill late evening, finally got one was ok. We been to several rooms all other were same conditions. The hotel needs renovation. Was not worth of the money we paid. In fact it’s very expensive hotel
