I arrived at the hotel to check in at around 4pm. The waiting time was too long and the room was not ready. I called twice in the evening to request a conversion plug but it was not delivered. There was no toothbrush.

The interior decoration of the hotel is full of design, and the public areas are spacious and bright. The reception area in the lobby has a comfortable seating area for guests to relax. The swimming pools are well equipped and kept tidy. Particularly worth mentioning is the swimming pool, which is not only well-equipped but also overlooks the entire Burj Khalifa. It is one of my favorite places.

Super location, helpful & friendly staffs. Kudos to the friendly, helpful & pretty front desk lady during our first day of checked in.
