Cake is the great place to have informal meetings and the Lounge for formal ones. with Cafe Belgae and Sunken Garden to dine in house you’ve got so much to choose where to entertain guests. The rooftop and indoor one helps to relax after a busy day! Their dedicated teams are equally fantastic! Their gym is so well equipped too! If room & suite choice is a dilema you won’t be disappointed with the Executive Suite! It’s perfect for work with large desk and separate dinning relax areas. Kudos to their General Manager Christian El Khoury has mastered under his one of his kind leadership and vision a Team of l Memories Makers! If you are lucky to be looked after in your staying by Angela, Charbel, Gerard & Valentine — you’ll be in for a wonderful stay! The mentioned here are fantastic professional and wonderful humans that love their job and it shows! Much gratitude to Christian for what you’ve created at your property! A place where the staff are heavily armed with kindness and kindness. For most things, he caters to my convenience and cleans the room 4 times a day. And the fact that the first concierge I met remembers my name and where I came from until the end of my stay. It was a very special experience. The only downside is the food here. Premium half board, so daily breakfast buffet + dinner provided. However, it's not certain, but as I expected, the dinner buffet seemed to be served only on Wednesdays/Thursdays/Fridays, and on other days, you could order an a la carte menu at a designated place. But for a restaurant in a 5-star hotel, “Wow, it’s so delicious!!” It wasn't the same feeling (very personal). The breakfast buffet felt like a selection and focus rather than a variety, and the dinner restaurant near the pool was hmm… Personally, the Italian restaurant on the 1st floor and the Asian restaurant on the 3rd floor were the best. Dinner buffet is really!! desperately!! I wanted to try it, but Wednesday was not included in my stay..ㅠ I couldn't use it. If you are planning to stay here, definitely!!! Wed/Thursday/Friday, please come at least one day. especially Friday!!! On Fridays, the Asian restaurant on the 3rd floor runs a special bar (with Vietnamese Saigon food as the theme), so be sure to… I hope you stay on Friday... And the pool was really nice. The sea in front of it was also nice. However, it's one of my worst regrets that I couldn't go often during my stay. Amenities: Diptyque (lotion/shampoo/body wash/soap), everything else is Asprey. However, since Diptyque is a genuine product, you have to pay to take it home after your stay ($40 per bottle).

Our sincerest appreciation to Rosa and Charls. They went out of their way to welcome us and make us feel at home by giving us a rice cooker as a housewarming gift since they may have heard us asking Housekeeping for it (which they didn’t have). At any rate, Rosa & Charls made sure that we had what we needed just when we were about to buy one that day. Their warm hospitality and gesture speak volumes of Ritz-Carlton’s brand of service. A special shoutout as well to Aletta who was very accommodating and kind enough to show us the different service apartments when we came here the first time. This made us decide to stay here. Thank you Ritz Carlton for these folks as we continue to enjoy our stay here.
