Pet friendly Hotels Dujiangyan

Overall great service and good location. Rooms are a bit dated so we had to switch rooms once as the first one has mould. However, the staffs are friendly and the location is good. Shout out to the Chinese Restaurant in the Hotel. Food is top notch and we went twice over the stay . The complementary hot spring is also quite nice. Great selection of pools ( think around 8?). We went twice and the first time was quite crowded. The second time for some reason is empty so we enjoy the quiet time.

perhaps one of the most comfortable stays ive ever had in China! the man was friendly enough to guide us to our room, as the villa is really big to navigate through, but the environment is so calm and quiet. really cathartic just roaming around. their garden is well kept and the flowers smells beautiful! and their rooms are well kept as well, as cleanliness is clearly their top priority. really satisfied with our stay here! thank you very much.

Amazing place BUT... Staff could be much better trained for such an upscale hotel/resort, those standing at the entrance. Slow in response, not greeting guests, not giving any directions upon arrival. Could have provided better service by asking guests if they are going to any destinations nearby, inform guests that popular destination such as the Panda attraction needs booking in advance, the spa booking may not have slot best to book before whatever time, etc. Wanted the spa and panda but missed both as we were not told beforehand during conversations and even for the panda only knew it on the 2nd time we enquired.

Stayed 4 night at this hotel on Qing Cheng mountains. 5/5 Concierge was extremely helpful with tendering luggages which was very much needed as some rooms are located on second floor ( no elevator). An assistant was assigned to the room and she (Vicky) could be reached almost 24/7 through texting. I had a small accident in the room first night of my stay and she quickly helped with arranging a different room that was more suited to my needs. She also provided me with first aid etc plus always answer my questions promptly ＜3 Note: breakfast was until 11:30am Has one laundry + dryer machine for hotel guest( free of charge) detergent included Daily replenish water (3 bottles), fruit plate, tea, coffee sachet in the room Hotel rooms, restaurants, hot spring are not in the same structure, requires a short walk outdoor which is very common among hotels on qing cheng mount. Highly recommend eating at the hotel restaurant. Has all the local favorite dishes plus good oil was used. Reasonably priced. They offer free shuttle to train station Hanfu experience was a room with about 50 pieces of hanfu to choose from. For female about 20 -30 pieces, for male about 5 pieces, for kids about 5 pieces.

The overall experience of this stay was great. The front desk staff was very considerate and the floating breakfast they prepared was also innovative, which added a lot of fun to the journey. However, there are some small details that I would like to share with the hotel, hoping to make the subsequent guests' experience more perfect. There are no clothes hooks around the hot spring pool, which is not very convenient for hanging clothes. It would be great if a few more could be added. In addition, it is recommended that the housekeeper contact the guests in advance to help fill the hot spring pool with water so that you can enjoy the comfort of taking a hot spring bath as soon as you arrive in the room. The delivery time of this breakfast deviated from the original plan. The rice noodles were dry before the hot spring pool was filled with water, which affected the dining experience. I hope that the delivery time can be optimized. I look forward to the hotel getting better and better in the future, and I will choose to stay again next time if I have the chance!

It was a very good experience to come to Huajiantang during the Spring Festival. On the first day, the high-speed rail arrived at the station and the hotel picked us up for free. On the second day, the two elderly people in the family were very satisfied with the attentive service of the restaurant staff. The hotel also has a very cute 🐈 named Oreo. Because the elderly were carsick when sitting on the online tram, the hotel thoughtfully arranged two beautiful ladies to drive us to the next stop, Jiezi Ancient Town. During the Chinese New Year, the hotel also had many experience activities. We participated in the release of Kongming lanterns and the children experienced the making of candied haws. The two-day trip felt the thoughtful service and full of festive atmosphere. Thank you for the service of all the staff of the hotel.

Temporarily decided to go to Qingcheng Mountain, I chose this place because of the 2-meter bed. After coming, everything felt too worthwhile. The restaurant's dishes taste great, 2 children like to eat dumplings roast beef, the stew is very tender, the beef is also very bad. The room was clean and clean. The hotel is a place to play in the water, which is too convenient. Come to Qingcheng Mountain in summer, it is worth choosing here!

The room is clean, the facilities in the room are complete, the location is very good, walking around is fun, the staff is good, the night is quiet, relaxing, there is a rooftop to see the view, I like that there is a 2 yuan ice cream shop nearby, and my favorite dessert shop is nearby. 🥰🥰

This Hotel is located on beautiful grounds, however it is a real shame that they are letting the weeds takeover everywhere. Still very pleasant to walk around the complex with all the trees, flowers, lake, swans & ducks, but it breaks your heart to see the weeds taking over everywhere and there is what once would have been a beautiful Rose Flower path and the roses are still flowering but no maintenance at all and weeks are taller than the rose bushes and all they seem to do is just the grass and forget the rest. Rooms and facilities were very clean, so I was impressed. Room layout is excellent and very, very big with a courtyard and external spa, you start to relax as soon as you walk in the door. The only thing that put me and my wife off is the mahjong table in the main room on the first floor. TV had no movies and no English Chanels at all. Food in the All Day Dining (Chinese Restaurant) was very nice but limited. Breakfast was not a very big selection and probably because it is not peak season, however it also was not very good and put us off even trying the Western Food for dinner and went across the road for fast food instead. Staff were very nice and polite. We want for my wife's birthday and apart from the impressive building structures, there was no WOW factor for the overall experience.
