Food and service was good, the place in the besides Durres beach and has great view of the ocean. The menu is plenty of tasty sea food and the waiters are friendly, keep in mind that there's a terrace only available for guests of the hotels so ask for the available tables that belong to the restaurant.

Very poor hotel . No real reception. Booked for four nights stayed one . Rusty, rotting and a risk to life and limb. Couldn’t check in on time , room wasn’t ready . Offered us a drink in the bar and then charged us for it !!! No choice of breakfast, you got what you were given and that was shocking! Tried to check out was told we had to pay for one and a half nights , no way ! But had to fight about it . Over priced , inadequate and very disappointing!

we were staying in the Iliad hotel and went for a walk into the complex opposite. we arrived at the restaurant and were looking at the menu. one of the staff came over and began talking in almost perfect English about the meals available. we are both very meat before fish in our preferred choices, but after seeing the fresh fish available we decided to try. we were not disappointed. the grilled fresh sea bream was almost perfect. only the bones pissed me off ha ha. the fish was cooked perfect. the wine was also quality and sunset was an added bonus. thanks to the staff for making us feel like VIP guests. very good service we also had tour of the hotel rooms... currently getting renovated. sunset views from your room ( 103) could be a possible return next year. thanks again to Festim and the team for a great meal and ambience. We stayed at the Ventus Harbor hotel in Durres in January, a 4-star hotel, compared to the quality of the services it offers it does not deserve more than 2 stars. As soon as we arrived at the reception there was no one there, despite the presence being guaranteed 24 hours a day; but it was not a rare occasion because during the 3 days of stay the reception was often without operators. We were given a room which was small and the bathroom was flooded, the cleaning lady came to dry it but after 5 minutes it was flooded again. They changed our room but the situation hadn't changed. Breakfast was supposed to be a buffet but instead you had to constantly ask for food. These were 3 days to forget, the reservation included a spa with related services and instead there was none of this; the receptionist told us that an indoor pool was available at another property 100 meters away. Experience to forget.

Unser erster Stopp auf der Reise durch Albanien und wir würden sofort wiederkommen. Sehr freundlicher Empfang (zB Balkontür nicht aufbekommen - wurde uns sofort gezeigt), das Zimmer mit Meerblick und Balkon zum Meer ist der absolute Hammer und wir genießen es sehr. Frühstück total lecker und der Fitnessraum super: wenn Durres, dann Ventus

Hotel certe original sur la mer mais il faudrait le rénover un peu, peinture qui s'écaille, humidité dans les placards des chambres. Nous devions y passer 4 nuits mais nous sommes partis avant car il n'y avait pas d'eau chaude et aucune démarche n'a eté faite pour remédier au problème. Apres maintes négociations ils ont accepté de ne pas nous faire payer la nuit que nous n'avons pas passé la bas mais aucun geste commercial pour l'eau. Dommage !!!!!!
