Pros: the rooms were amazing and comfy and top rated. Brewkfast was marvelous and delicious. Fron side by the beach amazing. Cons: spa terrible we got eye iches the water was so chemical, pool is for kids but hotel has limitted time which I do not like it as my priority is my kids. Also the floor in the pool is very dangerous be careful.

Worst Massage Travelling with four friends… booked massages on the day… they were the worst massages we have ever had in our lives. 1. We booked them… had to wait 45 minutes to book them, as reception could not do this. 2. Met the most grumpiest receptionist who made the bookings. 3. We were unfortunate enough that the receptionist was the masseur…. Fastest… most unfriendly and unprofessional massage I/we have ever had… and we are all aged 55/60

This is a beautiful hotel on the beachfront. Having scouted the area across the week I have been in Durres, it also appears to the nicest / most luxurious on the main ***** and closer to the town centre. The rooms are very modern, clean and comfortable. I had a huge super king bed and walk-in shower in my garden annex room. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel has a private beach area where there is service from the beach bar to your sunbeds. The hotel has two pools - an outdoor one with the usual tables / sunbeds around it and an indoor spa area which is also lovely. There is also a jacuzzi, showers, sauna and steam inside too along with a gym. Breakfast is of a good standard with lots of choice / variety and the hotel restaurant was also the nicest place I ate all week. Admittedly, the price of food and drink at this hotel is higher than other places I visited in Albania but only by €1-1.5 per drink.

A lovely stay - waiting staff were very attentive and helpful, food was very good and could eat by the pool or in the restaurant. Would recommend if looking for somewhere to stay in Durres

We stayed at Palace Hotel & Spa for nine days and absolutely loved it. The rooms were spotless and very comfortable, and the housekeeping staff were always friendly and attentive. Breakfast was a real highlight, not only was it extensive and delicious, but the staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. Our 4-year-old daughter looked forward to it every single morning! The beach area was just as enjoyable. The umbrellas are included, well spaced out, and never overcrowded. The beach staff were very social and helpful, which made relaxing by the sea even more pleasant. We also had dinner at the hotel one evening, and the experience was just as positive, tasty food with excellent service. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. A perfect mix of comfort, hospitality, and relaxation. We would gladly return and highly recommend it to both couples and families!

We had a lovely 3 days at the Palace hotel and Spa. The room we had was a supreme sea view and was very spacious with excellent views of the sea. The staff was very welcoming and we would highly recommend this hotel.

terrible experience 450 ALL one redbull, 400 ALL a beer what a scandal prices for Albania, the y offer nothing, prices are high, services not. I do not recommend to anyone at all. Do not make a mistake ordering this hotel. What can I write more ???

Well, well, well. What an absolutely fantastic hotel. Asked for an upgrade and was given one free The room was extremely spacious, the bed huge and one of the most comfortable. Staff very curteous and friendly. Fantastic location overlooking the Adriatic. Bar prices cheaper than town, and excellent choice of breakfast. For what we paid, we got over and above what we expected, and would not hesitate in stayi g here again. Ticked all our boxes, and more.
