This hotel was very convenient for catching up with family & friends over New Year. We managed to get a favourable price for our stay. The hotel ticked the boxes: a warm welcome; clean & comfortable room & a tv. We opted not to have breakfast. It is very close in proximity to Rushden Lakes shopping & leisure park. There is a handy fuel stop & convenience shop next door. We will definitely be staying here again.

Convenient location to break long cross country journey. Immediately adjacent to A14. Nothing fancy but Burger King, Greggs and off licence on site! Exceptionally warm welcome provided by Anne on reception. Pillows were slightly uncomfortable tbh.

Finding myself stranded due to flooding on Christmas Eve I contacted Pear Tree Farm as I was running out of hotel accommodation choices.SO glad I did.Tim and his lovely wife Beverely settled me into The Granary Room of a converted stable block.(All Covid safe).NOTHING was too much trouble for these two wonderful hosts.I felt safe and cosy during my enforced five days of being temporarily homeless. I would recommend anyone to stay here in this peaceful farming environment,horses,sheep and all. Thank you for everything,may you both have a healthy and prosperous New Year.

Stayed overnight on Saturday 15 Sept. The hotel,is well placed in the town and although the car park is small we managed to find a space. The food was good and the staff very helpful and friendly. Only downside for me was the noise from the extractor fans opposite during the night and the fact the very comfortable bed’s duvet was too small.
