I have NEVER experienced such unprofessional treatment from a service provider. Even if, as the manager of a hotel, you are of the opinion that a guest - and I quote: "is just babbling nonsense", that should not be a reason to ban them from the hotel. But I've seen here that this is obviously routine. Insinuating guests that they won't pay, even though other service staff have clearly confirmed that everything has been paid for - that's not possible. I can happily do without a hotel like this and don't need to be banned from staying at the hotel. I would rather spend the night in the car than with an innkeeper like that!
