The location is great. There are bus stops right in front of it for both sides. It is very easy to go to Rosslyne Chapel or the city center. There is always hot water. The wifi works well. The rooms are fine. The only downside is there is no breakfast. That's fine too, there are many alternatives outside. There are no hotel slippers, but that's nowhere else in the UK. So bring your slippers in your suitcase when you come to the UK. I would definitely stay here again if I came back because of its location and very good price/performance value 👍👍👍

As they mentioned as policy I can cancel my booking prior date which is mentioned on website but how el denied to refund money back. That is worst experience I have experienced they simply denied to refund money back .i loosed my 83 pounds without staying at hotel.
Heating room facilities not working at all and they are not providing complimentary water bottles.

Disappointing Stay – Not Recommended
I had an extremely disappointing experience at this hotel and would not recommend it to anyone. From the moment we arrived, the service was inattentive and disorganised. Did not see any staff throughout the stay.
The room was far from what was advertised— renovations are happening and wet paint on doors.
To make matters worse, the noise levels at night were unbearable. The rusted kettle in the room is very unhealthy if anyone uses it without noticing.
What was supposed to be a relaxing stop turned into a frustrating experience. For the price, the quality and service were unacceptable. I suggest looking elsewhere for accommodation in the area.

Easy to get to Royal Mile by Bus. You can walk too. We visited during the easter holiday, so no front desk. But you can contact with intercom.

Service was bad as staff weren’t present after 10pm in an effort to save money (3pm-10pm working hours). Nobody was there at 10am either in order to help us check out and we couldn’t find anywhere to store our luggage when we arrived early and when we needed to keep luggage at the end of the day. We didn’t know who to talk to about getting breakfast at the hotel either. The heating was poor as there was only one heater in the big triple room, beds were good but windows only single glazed. The bathroom was decent but the doors don’t lock properly and in one of the rooms, the door knob was falling off. You can also check in without ID so if someone was impersonating you, they’d have your room and you wouldn’t be able to do anything about it.
