"The hotel and its staff were excellent. They were always willing to meet your needs. The rooms were very well designed and clean, especially the bathroom. The location was great. You can reach Princes Street in just 25 minutes on foot. The bus stop was very close to the hotel. we could even say it was directly in front of it. By bus, you can reach almost anywhere in 10 minutes. The rooms were quiet and warm."

"It's a good hostel, right in the center, a couple of minutes' walk from all the sights. I liked everything, but there was one downside: I was cold in the evening. At first, I thought someone had opened the window, but no, it was just a draft from the frames, and there was no heating anymore. The next day it was warmer outside, and in the hostel, too."

"The hotel room and bathroom were indeed too small; there wasn't even enough space to open a suitcase, so it had to be stored under the bed. The view outside the room was decent. The main advantage is the hotel's excellent location, right opposite Haymarket. You can walk almost anywhere, which is incredibly convenient, and there are bus stops right outside. The hotel breakfast was just so-so, with limited variety and options. It was a typical English breakfast, not bad. The reception service was mediocre, especially the male front desk staff who gave me the wrong room number twice, even though I showed him the room number written down. He seemed unbothered and unwilling to help."

"Good location. Quiet, clean and nice staff.  Used self-check in via tablet which is easy and with no queue. We arrived Edinburgh at the bus station which is just 10-min walk to the hotel.  Two negative points:- no kettle for boiling water for tea or coffee; water pools all over the floor outside the bathroom if you use the rainfall shower head."

"Located on the outskirts of Edinburgh, near the Forth Bridge, this hotel is well-renovated with spacious rooms and convenient parking. Overall, it's a great place to stay. There's a bus stop for the 43 line just a 2-minute walk away, taking you to Princes Street in 45 minutes. The return journey conveniently stops right in front of Tesco supermarket, which is incredibly handy."

"We had a great stay at Sakura Guest House. The location was perfect—close to everything we wanted to see and easy to get around. The room was very clean and comfortable, and everything was well-maintained. We didn’t have any issues during our stay. "Another night staying at this hostel. We stayed in a six-person female dorm. Except that the drainage is quite bad at the shower room, and the bunk bed is noisy when i move, everything is good and clean. A good choice for budget traveller!"

"Very close to the airport, so you can easily walk to the airport convenience store for snacks, drinks, and fruit, and the prices are reasonable. All guests receive a welcome cocktail, which is a must-try – it's delicious! I'll definitely stay here again next time!"

"Great accommodation for solo travellers. When I arrive I was met with a very friendly receptionist who briefed me on the stay. The reception and the bedrooms were in separate buildings for me (Old Town) but only across the road. The beds was comfortable and I was fortunate enough to have roommates who were quiet. Toilets and showers are separate, and it is clean every now and then. 4 stars because it is quite tight inside the shower the overall really good for what price you pay and would definitely come back again."
