I was a little concerned that the bathroom was a little dirty, but the bedding and other amenities were very clean.
The stairs are a little steep, so it may be a little difficult if you have a large suitcase.
However, it is excellent value for money and is close to a tram stop, so I highly recommend it.

The old house was renovated in 1880. It is a few hundred meters away from the bus stop after two turns. It is 4 stops away from Royal Mile. Except for the inconvenience of eating breakfast, everything else is OK. The price is moderate.
