Clean and spacious room. Amenities provided including hairdryer. Buffet breakfast for children is free. It is £13 per adult if booked the day before.

Furniture is very old and the water could not drain in the shower area. Luckily, they changed our room. However, both bathrooms’ floors and doors were sticky. The walls are very thin which noises bothered us quite a bit.

I liked this hotel. Good and cheap breakfast, great location. Yes, it's far from the centre, but it's very calm around, park right across the road.
Public bus near the hotel takes you to the centre around 30 minutes

Nice hotel, a bit far for the center but with the Edinburgh bus it is going pretty quick.
The food from the restaurant is simple but good.
