Ocean Serviced Apartments

This was a wonderful place for my dear wife Ping and I to stay at during our visit to Edinburgh! The apartment was very spacious, clean, comfortable, and quiet. Our host provided clear instructions making it easy to get in the apartment. We found it a relaxing retreat after touring Edinburgh for the day. There is a bus stop a short walking distance from the apartment providing easy transportation to the city center with its many attractions. There is also a large supermarket about a 15-minute walk where we were able to purchase groceries and other items. I highly recommend staying here and would certainly choose it again if and when we return to Edinburgh.

Fantastic setting and wonderful apartment - with amazing views. Easy to access by car or public transport, large, comfortable apartment, warm and welcoming staff at reception. The only thing we would change is the provision of a set of drawers in the bedrooms for storage of clothes (not everything hangs in the excellent wardrobes!!). We had a great time visiting Edinburgh but having this apartment as our base was the icing on the cake: first class!

Check-in instructions easy to follow. We arrived early, and our apartment was ready. Lovely spacious apartment for 4 people, 2 bedrooms with single beds, 1 en-suite bathroom & 1 main bathroom. Kitchen well equipped, and included a supply of tea, coffee, sugar & milk, with bags of Easter chocolates as an extra welcome touch. The sofas were comfy, crisp white bedding & plenty of fluffy white towels. Location ideal for RY Britannia & short taxi ride from city centre. Also Asda a short walk away. Late checkout arranged no problem. We had a very enjoyable stay, would recommend, and look forward to staying again.

We were very happy with our stay at Ocean Serviced apartments. The apartment is spacious and secure with secure parking at no extra cost( we had 2 cars). We had 2 bedrooms one had a ensuite plus a separate bathroom with a bath. As we were 2 couples in our 60’s this was very much appreciated. The beds were comfortable and you can have single beds or they can join them together to make a large kingsize. It is great you have the choice. The lounge had comfy settees and a lovely open view with no one overlooking us. The small kitchenette had all that we needed for our short stay. The apartment was warm and plenty of hot water and it was very quiet. The instructions to access the apartment and about the apartment are very comprehensive and the administrator/receptionist was very helpful and pleasant. She (Anna) responded to all our communications promptly and efficiently. It is a 15/20 minute walk to the Ocean terminal ( where the Britannia is and some shops/supermarket) where you can get the tram from there all the way to Princes Street . Waverley railway station and to the airport. There are also good buses very close by to get to the city centre. We got taxis back after midnight and it was £14 , the next evening it was before midnight and it was £11. We would definitely stay there again and would recommend them to our friends.
