The hotel is located in an excellent location where you can reach the scenery points by walking or riding the city light tram. The city light tram will wake you up early in 6am that you have not to set an alarm clock. It is good for people not bringing alarm clock with them.
The room is clean and tidy approximately in 13 square meters. Nothing is provided in the room even a bottle pf water is absent. I tried to ask the receiption for a bottle of water and they told me to drink tap water.
Also the facilities of the hotel is good for people who wants to keep fit as there is always a single lift working. Tens of guests are queuing in the lobby when a coach bring tourists to check in. I always walk stairs for keep fit in this hotel.
The workers in this hotel are very hard working. They will knock your door at 7-8am for cleaning. Thanks to managements who will gather at the corridor coordinating workers to work before people check in at 1500 hrs. The fire alarm is also hard working and sensitive. The fire alarm knows to teach people the dangerous of fire. I had been living 4 nights in this hotel with 3 nights alerted by this fire alarm. Firemen are called by this fire alarm to the hotel for demostration.
Thank you very much.

The room was very spacious. There's a fantastic Chinese restaurant nearby with incredibly friendly staff and delicious food. Breakfast was included in the room rate, which was a great perk. It's only a 20-minute journey to the charming Dean Village and just 10 minutes to Edinburgh's city centre. I highly recommend this place!

To get to the hotel from the train station, take bus 34 and get off at Gilmore Park; it's located right behind the Hampton by Hilton. Check-in was convenient and pleasant, with the front desk staff providing detailed explanations. The hotel offers self-catering facilities, including pots, a microwave, an oven, cutlery, and plates. Lidl supermarket is a 10-minute walk away, and Tesco is even closer at just a 2-minute walk. I recommend Lidl due to its lower prices and wider variety of products.

The hotel is ideally located close to the conference centre, and Prince's Street.
The staff in the hotel are accommodating. The restaurant staff, however, had really slow service. The food is also not great. I'd recommend eating out. Breakfast, however was good.

Rooms in Edinburgh are generally not very large, and after comparing many options, this one offered good value for money. It's a bit of a walk from Princes Street, located in a quieter, slightly more secluded area. However, having a supermarket right outside the door was incredibly convenient. The cleanliness was decent, with daily housekeeping. My only suggestion would be for them to provide a 'Do Not Disturb' sign, as housekeeping tends to enter rooms without knocking, which can be quite awkward.

The place is just lovely. Perfectly situated near to haymarket station and other public transport such as the tram stop. Many small cafes/ restaurants to choose from. Check in/check out process is quick.

Staff were lovely, polite and very helpful.
Room was beautiful although a little noisy but that's expected.
Continental breakfast optional and staff don't rush you.

It's an amazing hotel, slightly off the center but still very walkable to the main attractions. Actualky because of that, it's much quieter and crowded. Great breakfast options, basic but clean room. Helpful and warm staff. Great value for money!

Clean and warm. The staff was attwntive and friendly. Breakfast is homemade from a menu each morning and quite good. They have a cozy bar attached to the lobby for guests and a traditional style library thats open 24 hours for guests. Wifi worked well too. Definitely recommending again and will be referring my brother to stay here.

HHermanhuiSheraton Hotel that does not disappoint, with parking available and convenient access to various attractions. There are many restaurants and supermarkets nearby, and the gym is well-equipped. Also, the receptionist is very polite. I will definitely stay here again.

GGuest UserMy recent hotel stay was a bit of a mixed experience. While the hotel was clean and well-equipped, there were several issues that detracted from my overall satisfaction.
Before arriving, I had communicated with the hotel via email and was told that they could be reached via WhatsApp. However, upon arrival, I was unable to get a response from the hotel on WhatsApp. Additionally, there was no reception area, and check-in had to be done over the phone, which required multiple long-distance phone calls and extra fees.
The day before check-in, I received a last-minute email from the hotel requesting a deposit, but they did not provide any information on how to make the payment. Not all of the staff were willing to provide assistance, but the last person I spoke to was patient and helpful, which allowed me to check in smoothly.
One major safety concern was that there was a step outside the bathroom, but the floor was not marked, making it easy to trip and fall. Another hazard was the transparent coffee table in the living room, which caused several stumbling incidents that could have led to injuries.
Overall, while the hotel was clean and well-maintained, the issues with communication, extra fees, and safety hazards detracted from my experience.

CCANThe hotel location is very good, very close to Edinburgh Castle and Princes Street, it is a little far away from Royal Mile Street, but can be reached on foot, the town is very suitable for walking.
The hotel implements unmanned management, and you can open the door and the room door yourself according to the password you check in. We are a family of 5 staying with children and living suites. The rooms are large and clean and well-equipped. You can cook your own meals. Tableware and pots are fully equipped (but I do n’t see a microwave). We are accustomed to the British diet. The house even provides equipment such as vacuum cleaners and washing machines, which is in line with our home habits.
The price is slightly higher, but for the case of five of us, it is still a lot more cost-effective than booking two single rooms, especially it is really good to be able to cook by ourselves.
In particular, we need to remind everyone that the hotel will send you an email 7 days and 1 day before the check-in, which will contain the room number and password for the check-in. If you booked on Ctrip, because they may have booked through other channels, the reserved mailbox is not ours, we cannot receive the mail, we must contact Ctrip customer service one day in advance, get this information, and then Can stay. Because the apartment is unmanned, it will be inconvenient to communicate if there is a temporary problem.

AAnonymous UserI booked a hotel to see Edinburgh Castle, but the room was on the E floor, which was very short. The streetlight pole happened to be in front of the window. Although I could face the castle, the view was very poor. The facilities are old and the faucets are splashing everywhere. Moreover, there are very few sockets, the heating is useless, and the wind blows coldly. The winter in Edinburgh is unbearable.

GGuest UserEspecially satisfied, it was amazing as soon as I entered the room. The ancient city outside the window was like a picture. It was so pleasant to have an afternoon tea in front of the window! The room is very new, clean and tidy, the bathroom is oversized, the open kitchen is complete, the most satisfying stay in the UK is here, tomorrow from the Highlands back to Edinburgh and want to stay for another night, but unfortunately there is no room.

GGuest UserHad the pleasure of staying at the Hub Premier Inn in Edinburgh and I must say that I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of service and accommodation that I received during my stay. As a first-time visitor to your hotel, I was not quite sure what to expect, but I have to say that my experience exceeded my expectations.
I had decided to take a trip with my son to Edinburgh to show him the sights and give him a little taste of Scottish culture. I was not familiar with your hotel before booking my stay, but after a little research, I decided to give it a chance. I have to say that I was not disappointed. The Hub Premier Inn was situated in a great location for exploring the city on foot. It was close enough to the castle to make for a convenient visit, yet far enough away to be quiet and peaceful at night. We were able to explore the city via Princess Street or take back streets to the Castle entrance and the Edinburgh museum.
Overall, I would highly recommend your hotel to others who are looking for a great place to stay in Edinburgh. The quality of service, accommodation, and location exceeded my expectations. Thank you for a wonderful stay, and I hope to have the chance to visit Hub Premier Inn again in the future.

AAnonymous UserWe arrived at the hotel before the stated check in time due to our train’s early arrival, hoping to leave luggage in a storage room. The assistant was very helpful and allowed us an early check in which was very convenient in allowing us make the most of our time in Edinburgh. We booked the ‘executive room’ after our original booking was fully booked. Room was spotlessly clean, modern decor with everything we needed. Breakfast was included in our booking which provided a great range of choice, including for vegetarians, very tasty and faultless. Definitely recommend the hotel if you’re looking to stay somewhere in a fairly central location

GGuest UserIt would have been rated higher if not for the noticeably numerous hair on the bathroom floor that does not belong to us. How did it get there? Short n curly hair is very distinctive.
Anyway, the room was good enough but prices in Edinburgh runs on the steep side. The location was convenient, just walk to Haymarket station or bus stops around. Staff try to be helpful overall. The pillows are very comfortable, as either the bed.

Eeman2122I believe there are short staff... Check in and check out time is really Short (stay over in the room) You can check in after 3pm and check out before 11am.. room smelly maybe from the carpet. Toilet slightly dirty. Breakfast needs to add additional cost if you want or you can take their packages. Whatever it is, this is your call and you choose it. Don't compare too much. I hope management will do something for a better guest experience. Keep it up.
