At home Warm welcome and service. Excellent food and good wines. Very nice bar. You must know that likimbi is situated in the middle of the savannah. So all amenities are designed accordingly. Simple but comfortable. From the rooms you may be able to watch hippos impalas etc. Rooms are comfortable unless bathrooms are old.... A very quiet place where you just hear bird songs. Great safaris and seeing the big fives is guaranteed.

We had the best time staying at Lukimbi Lodge. The staff are excellent and waking up in the morning to see rhinos outside your window, or elephants down by the river was so very special. Our morning and evening drives were so exciting. Sheldon (Ranger) and Arnold (Spotter) were superb. Drinking wine at the end of the day in the middle of Kruger National Park was beyond my wildest imagination. The lodges are super comfortable too. We would love to go back and do hope we can in the near future.

Top location for safari 👍👍👍. We loved the staff , all so friendly , no effort was too much. Also during the superb safaris by car and walking👍 together with James, Penny and Marcel . The lodge was beyond expectation , with private pool. We enjoyed dining with superb views and one evening outside with fire and traditional dancing . We recommend this place and will certainly go back . Much love from Ingrid.

We had a great holiday which made us totally relaxed and forgot about all our worries. The Safari experience was greeat. Our guide Conner had an impressive knowledge and Siphio had incredible eyes. It was even more impressive to see them working so hard to make us seeing every possible animal and also making us happy. The food and service was excellent An experience was hard to beat. Thanks to Sean and Charl who are paying admirable attention to details to make sure everything is right. an experience hard to beat

Lukimbi Lodge has excellent accommodations and a wonderful group of people taking care of you. The meals are delicious - expertly prepared and gorgeously presented. Lukimbi's Lodge is located right next a river, so the game sightings from your room and the main lodge are amazing every day.

We had an amazing time in South Africa (we travelled quite a bit and saw lots) but more than anything we loved Lukimbi - its a very special place. Shelley, Shaun and the team make it magical and everyone was so good and so kind. The food was great and all the experiences perfect. Our safari team were super - so a special call out to the amazing Marcel and Hector - both brought great knowledge, experience and humour to the drives.

We were eight friends travelling together and Lukimbi Lodge exceeded all of our expectations. Outstanding accommodations in a private reserve with lovely and welcoming staff from our first moment of arrival. Our guide, James, and our tracker, Penny, were so experienced and always found interesting routes and lots of wildlife for us. Two of our safaris really stand out. On our first night, we stopped in the dark under a beautiful, starry South African sky for drinks and snacks. On our last night, it was a gorgeous sunset that had us experiencing lions awakening for their nightly hunt, hyenas basking in the warmth beside a road, and many elephants and giraffes silhouetted in the ‘golden hour’. We will never forget our time at Lukimbi Lodge.

Lukimbi Safari Lodge provided an exciting, enjoyable, and stress-free safari experience for my husband and me. The accommodations were lovely and comfortable, and the staff was pleasant and attentive. Our guide, Darren, and spotter, Michael, were knowledgeable and respectful of the animals and provided us with excellent viewing opportunities. This was a trip of a lifetime!
