This chedi is really not recommended! The air conditioner in the room jumps out sometimes. The bathroom design is extremely leaky and poorly planned. The shower room is extremely small and the water pressure is very low. Taking a bath is very uncomfortable. The housekeeping is also a mess. New dental kits and cotton swabs are not placed in the room. The twin room is obviously for two people. There is only one pair of slippers and I don't know what it means. The public area of the hotel is also very small. You can visit it in ten minutes. The service is not up to par. A hotel that costs almost 3,000 a night is really not worth it.

I had the most incredible stay at [panorama bunglows]! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality and impeccable service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure every detail was perfect, making me feel truly valued as a guest. The rooms were spotless, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable, providing the perfect retreat after a day of exploring. The hotel’s amenities, from the stunning pool to the delicious breakfast, exceeded my expectations. Every meal was a delight, with a great variety of fresh and flavorful options. The location was fantastic—convenient and picturesque, offering breathtaking views and easy access to local attractions. Whether relaxing by the pool, enjoying a spa treatment, or simply soaking in the atmosphere, every moment was pure bliss. I can’t recommend this hotel enough! If you’re looking for a place to unwind and be pampered, this is it. I will definitely be returning for another unforgettable stay!

It is very unfortunate to see a world known hotel lower its standards. We stayed at Steigenberger UAE, Qatar, Soma Bay and absolutely loved it while this particular one in Gouna is nothing less than a disappointment right from the check in time. It took us longer than 30 min upon arrival to have rooms allocated. They claim hotel has been renovated, but the Junior Sweet in building 8 felt more of a cave rather than a room. Barely any sunlight, very hard sofa to sleep on, no toothbrushes available. Housekeeping is beyond disappointing. On daily basis. I call many times and they NEVER pick the phone, so the only way to reach anyone is by calling guest service but that again doesn’t help as they simply forgot to send what i have been requesting. Staff is not welcoming, it is worth to give them training in hospitality. Breakfast is average. It is very expensive hotel for what they offer and I would not recommend it at all.

It's a good resort hotel. Guests of the hotel are basically white people. You can see the blue sea through the window of the balcony in the room on the first floor. The water is very blue and beautiful. I'd like to recommend this resort town.
