A very nicely laid out resort, in which nothing is missing, it provides nice facilities even for families with children. clean pool, slow access to the sea. We visited for the second time and would love to come again.

A very pleasant place to spend a family holiday. All services were perfect, a rich selection of food and drinks. A large number of activities offered, a rich accompanying program. Area with lots of sports fields, free rental of sunbeds, paddle boats and canoes = a big bonus.

We stayed in this resort for one week and can't recommend it enough. All of the staff were kind, helpful and language barier wasn't problem. Rooms were clean and parking was really close. Restaurant located inside resort was amazing. Free water activities were nice surprise. In bar we paid by their card and it is great because you don't have to carry cash around. We tried so many drinks and they were delicious. You have to try going snorkeling! Nice end of the day are evening performances. We had no problem and every question we had was answered.

We booked an apartment and are really unhappy. Anyone who doesn't stay in the hotel is like a second-class guest. At least that's how we feel. We aren't allowed to use certain loungers (the lovely first rows by the sea), our child has to leave the entertainment at lunchtime (nobody knows if we can pay extra to keep him...), when he injured himself he wasn't cared for. An additional room cleaning costs 45 euros (without kitchen!!). I treated myself to it and arranged for 10 a.m. It had to be paid in advance. In the end nobody came. At reception I was told that we had to wait - housekeeping was in a meeting and they didn't know when they would come. The apartment that was first allocated to us didn't have air conditioning - we asked if we could change that. We got one with air conditioning. Very nice - extra charge just under 500 euros for two weeks. Everyone is friendly - the complex is clean - the beach is OK. Lots of jellyfish put us off swimming in the sea for a few days. You can only go into the water within a "medusa net"... We won't be coming back.

Back from a week in the Ortano village and the judgment can only be positive. Very beautiful location (someone had already pointed out in the past that the photos on the site do not do it justice and we fully agree) with well-kept greenery, large and tidy common areas and a pebble beach but with clean sea and an excellent assistance service (sunbeds well spaced, possibility to use canoes and pedal boats for free via the app). The room, located in the central body, is functional and modernized; unfortunately a small note should be made on the initial cleaning which in our case was not satisfactory. The food is varied and good; perhaps more seasonal products would be desirable but btw we never had trouble finding something to our liking. In conclusion, the structure and the services are good but what makes the difference are the kindness, competence and professionalism of the staff, starting from the reception, the waiters, the bartenders and the entertainment guys who managed to transform our stay into a real vacation!

We had a very nice stay. The staff was VERY friendly and VERY nice. The rooms are a bit old, but really okay. Our children had also felt very comfortable.

The village is in a fantastic location, the sea here is wonderful! Clean rooms, great food, fun but unobtrusive entertainment. In short, it was just a great experience. We will probably return there again in the future.
