There is a full size dish washer and fridge. The freezer is located in the utility room. There is also an internet connected TV in this room plus a stereo radio with iPod docking and CD player.Utility RoomThis is fully tiled with high level pegs for drying walking/cycling/golf clothing. There is a washing machine and separate dryer plus a sink. There is an additional WC off the utility room.Outside.There is a child proof patio consisting of a lower area which is paved and an upper area which is grassed and has a picnic table which seats 8. There is a BBQ supplied but the charcoal is not supplied.
