"The hotel's location is excellent. While Elgin isn't a large city, its central location made it easy to get anywhere. The accommodations weren't cleaned individually. The common area had a microwave and washing machine, which was useful for long-term stays. There's a supermarket (ALDI, Tesco) just five minutes away, and the bus terminal is also very close."

The staff are professional , well mannered and work to the highest of standards... i cant find fault at all .. The food is amazing and cooked to perfection . Ive stayed in many a hotel but this one has to be the best so far ... to the manger of this hotel , your staff do you proud .. ive reccomended this hotel to family and friends and will be back soon for sunday dinner ... id just like to say thankyou to all staff for making me welcome and looking after me xx"

"The hotel staff is very nice and friendly, they helped us carry our bags to the room (there’s no lift, so it was highly appreciated). The room was spacious enough, with a big bathroom. Unfortunately there’s no luggage rack, just the chairs. It’s not the best if you have big or small trolleys. The breakfast was good, you can choose if you want to eat at the restaurant or in the room or if you’re in a hurry you can ask for a take away, nice options."
