Go somewhere else! During the weekend there is a nightclub downstairs and impossible to sleep. The problem seems to be well known by the staff, but even after calling 3 times the reception desk between midnight and 1pm, the loud bass music persisted!

The hotel is ideally located across the street from the train station. Outside has a feel of traditional Swiss but inside has a modern vibe. Staff was extremely friendly. Breakfast buffet in the morning was amazing, with Swiss breads and cheeses. Our room was clean and had an amazing view of the surrounding mountains.

Excellent stay. The hotel has a lovely older grand appearance on the outside with modern rooms inside. We had a lovely stay here. The location is so convenient- right across from the train station and close to the cable cars for Mt TITLIS as well as Brunni. Breakfast was perfect- excellent selection of anything you could possibly want and displayed so nicely. The staff are so very helpful and sweet. We did eat at their restaurant, Yucatán and the food was so good. They had a live band outside one evening and it was a lovely environment to sit and enjoy the food and listen to some music. The area is just a wonderful place to hike and explore the mountains. Will definitely return!

Wonderful hotel and staff. Great location with quick access to tram and restaurants/shops. Very good breakfast and excellent push button help your self espresso machine in lobby and on each floor. Rooms were large with nice comfortable beds and excellent showers. Highly recommend staying here.

Lovely hotel, great service. Centrally located close to shops and bus stops for Ski lifts. English no issue. Friendly staff. COVID compliant. Nice breakfast with hot food. Car parking on a first come basis. Good Wifi, and major Cc accepted.

room was not comfortable compared with rate/price too expensive and there was noise from music at night next time i am not booking this hotels and not recommend to stay in similar room!!!! however the people working at reception very nice and smiling and the breakfast was good

this hotel was very good - right at the train station and with great view of the mountains! A very good breakfast and nice rooms...i would recommend! The shower was also amazing and also the hotel had loots of character.

Hotel is in a good position directly opposite the train station (which is a terminus so no through trains and therefore quiet) with a bus stop directly outside the hotel. Buses are frequent but stop at 5.30 so don’t keep the apres ski going too long! One minute walk to shops, restaurants. Good ski room. Nice breakfast with very pleasant and friendly staff. Room good with very comfy bed and really nice powerful shower. Not many facilities for the price (no pool, sauna etc although they apparently have an agreement with another hotel which I was unaware of until I was just checking facts!) but comfortable, clean, well positioned
