We enjoyed another exceptional stay at the Imperial Botanical Beach Hotel (IBBH). Service improvements since our last visit were notable. The customer experience was outstanding, particularly thanks to Barbara at the front desk, Reservations Manager Steven, Dining Manager Yojo, and the exceptional culinary team led by the 2 Chef plus Nordine and team. The housekeeping and health club teams also provided exemplary service. The pricing represents exceptional value for a five-star hotel. We highly recommend the Imperial Botanical Beach Hotel for its superior value.

Best host! Very lovely personal, amazing few. Have everything for relax. It's really botanic garden. You can see very unique birds, trees, flowers. Can spend all day, just seating in terrace and watch to Victoria lake. Very easy be in love to this place

I have stayed at this hotel for the last 13 yrs and we love the customer experience, full board, friendly staff esp. Manager Stephen, Joyce and others. I recommend it the hotel 100%. Try them.... You won't regret. Thank you so much for the service.

The hotel is a historical hotel in Uganda being on of the most old hotels in Uganda. It is situated near the shores of lake Victoria making it a good place with good ambiance and good air to breath. The hotel has good environment that inhabits monkeys of different species

Huge, outdated facility. Everything is no longer nice, although there is some potential. Most of the toilets didn't work. Dining room very loud and dark. The worst meal on my trip. I wouldn't use the pool (more like a swimming pool), it doesn't seem clean. The name Beach Hotel shouldn't be taken too seriously (it's on the lake but there isn't a beach in the classic sense). Elevator didn't work. Rooms are spacious but also old, terrible windows and curtains. Bed quite OK, bathroom too. Staff very friendly and nice.

groot zakenhotel. we hadden dit hotel ipv. kaazi beach resort omdat daar te druk was ivm. een groot feest. Het is een luxe hotel, met goede voorzieningen in entebbe. toen wij er waren , waren er niet veel bezoekers. het hotel ligt direkt aan het meer, en langs de botanische tuin. hier moet je wel n stukje voor omlopen, maar is zeker de moeite waard(camera niet vergeten)het eten is er prima, de kamers en douche van westerse kwaliteit. het grote zwembad heb ik niet gebruikt. we hebben n beetje rondgelopen in de buurt en in de tuin.dit was onze laatste dag in oeganda
