"The hotel is right by Lake Victoria, and you can see the lake from the window when you open it. Please excuse the second picture; I had already laid on the bed, so it's a bit wrinkled. The room also smelled very pleasant. The front desk service was very thoughtful; they helped me carry my two very heavy suitcases upstairs. The security guard was also very nice. The hotel breakfast was delicious too. You're welcome to stay here!"

"Location was the best. You can get all you need for a business trip at Victoria Mall, food, supermarket, money changer, there is even a cinema and a nice LC Waikiki store at level 2 of the mall. Hotel facilities was good, housekeeping can be improved though, first two nights there was quite abit of ants on the table and armchairs. One morning after we came back, the room was tidy but armchairs were missing haha, they forgot to replace the towels as well. Breakfast was ok, passable for a few days. Overall a good hotel, i will still stay there for the location and price"

The hotel offer free transportation to and from the airport, this hotel is very convenient if you need to use the airport. The room is spacious, clean and free WiFi is available . "Smart and efficient service. Lovely breakfast. Usual utility problems for Uganda, i.e., elevator broken down, room key didn't work and unreliable internet. Maybe the manager should invest in a country where these problems don't impact businesses."

Breakfast consists of coffee or tea, a big toast with butter, omelet, two sauces and a mixture of fruits. Price performance super was okay I'd like to see you again."

"Staff is nice. Location is great. Nice view of the lake. Breakfast is ok. Air conditioning not working. Switched rooms and room stayed cooler but water dripped from the air conditioner. Problem with the television in both rooms. Needed to replace the refrigerator in the 2nd room. Water pressure in the shower was low. This was our second time staying in this hotel and had same issues the first time. We will choose another hotel next time."
