Small boutique hotel in a beautiful setting by a lake. Lovely friendly staff, who couldn't do enough for you, and freshly cooked delicious food. Couldn't wish for a more chilled out place. Will definitely return if and when we come back to Kerala.

Excellent stay! Right from the beauty of the location, the serene riverfront and very comfortable well-appointed rooms, Cranganor is soothing to the senses. The attentive and pleasant staff made our stay memorable. Justin was very responsive right from the booking stage and all arrangements were perfectly executed. Food was delicious. There is nothing more to ask! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and cannot wait to return.

This property is probably good value. Food is OK but average by many current Indian standards. The breakfast bar is rather unexciting but this is probably because there are very few rooms in the property. Our room was poolside and adjacent to the restaurant therefore noisy at times-avoid if possible.Alcohol had to be ordered in advance. Staff were pleasant but Managerial staff were NOT present on our arrival or departure. The residence is good value and on a very pleasant site but has several drawbacks.

Small boutique hotel, quiet location, beautiful views on the river, palm trees, birds singing. Very spacious rooms, plenty of dishes in the restaurant but you must order in advance. There are some bicycles for rent , it is safe to take a ride around (rice fields, temple, local village). The services are a bit pricey (eg a ride to Kochin is 3500 rupiah and it is better to take uber for 1700 both ways, it takes 1.5-2 hours!). Uber is safe - take premium. Staff is friendly although not everybody speaks fluent English and the service could be more focused on a customer. 30 minutes to Cochin airport. The best room is upstairs for me.

We had a very relaxing and enjoyable time. The property is a dream. Staff are attentive to every detail. Justin, Ajay ,Jeevan and others made everything so homely and comfortable. This is an ideal spot for those who want a quiet and exclusive stay.

This is a beautiful place - amazing views, great rooms and one of the nicest pools I’ve swam in. The staff were also lovely and super helpful. We enjoyed the boat trip and it was a good way to see more of the river. I wish we could have stayed for more than one night and hope to return.

We arranged a driver with the hotel, he was prompt and a good safe driver. We were welcomed by Justin and a refreshing cool drink whilst they did the finishing touched touches to our room Our room overlooked the pool , gardens and the waterways with plenty of places to sit on the property Everything about this property is first class, the room was stylish clean and with excellent facilities Air conditioning and the shower worked very well and the linens of the highest quality The food is preordered and cooked form scratch which makes for fresh hot and tasty food Baby the chef is an absolute star what she produces in the kitchen is amazing Staff are highly trained and all excel in their area of expertise The best hotel on our recent trip and we wouldn’t hesitate to return Thank you you all made our trip memorable

An amazing stay. Our pick up from the airport was ready on arrival, at the hotel we were welcomed with a drink and our room was ready. The food was amazing, freshly cooked every day. We had various curries and fresh fish and all were delicious. Our room was spacious and spotlessly clean. We had an upstairs room with a veranda looking over the gardens and river. It was so peaceful and relaxing, the staff so friendly and helpful. This was our first stay in our trip to Kerala and was perfect, we only wish we could have stayed longer. We would return if we could. Highly recommend.
