From the 3 days from check-in to check-out, every moment was like returning home, being cared for and cherished by the "family and friends" team. Everyone at the front desk was very enthusiastic, and they would not be perfunctory even if there was a wedding on the night of check-in. Not to mention the rich breakfast, the serving guys and girls were all handsome, beautiful and kind-hearted. The buffet dinner was also delicious. The design of the Thai restaurant (the last few photos) really amazed me. However, the biggest surprise was the cleaning team! Not only did they carefully do what they should do, but they also prepared flowers and vases for me with care, and left warm words. I heard their laughter in the workroom several times. The customer service manager, a beautiful lady, also hit it off with me. Knowing that I had to catch the morning flight, she prepared free tea for me before I left. After so many years of traveling, this time is the ultimate! I highly appreciate the leadership of the management, and I will definitely stay here again if I go to Kochin next time
