I recently stayed at Monsoon Empress, and overall, my experience was neither exceptional nor disappointing—just good. The hotel offers the basic amenities you’d expect. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff was courteous, made the experience more welcoming. The room was clean and well-maintained, but the furnishings were nice, and the lighting was good. The bed was comfortable enough for a good night’s sleep, but the pillows were either too soft or too firm, making it hard to find the right balance. The biggest letdown was the food. While the breakfast spread had a decent variety, the taste was mediocre, and the items were not replenished frequently. Room service was nice, and the quality of the food didn’t match the pricing. On the plus side, the hotel’s location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and public transport.

Very nice hotel , staff very attentive , no issues at all , excellent food , a warm swimming pool and spotlessly clean rooms. The hotel was almost empty during our stay,sometime we were the only people in the restaurant or the bar so it lacked a bit of atmosphere. Overall a pleasant stay

Really loved my stay here. The staff were always so nice and friendly and i loveeed the breakfast buffet here. So many variety to choose from. Ive also had dinner one night so that was amazing too. Alsoo i did go into the pool too. Sooo good . And they always get the rooms cleaned every now and then. So basically i had an amazing stay here and I will definitely come again next time. This was my first time btw. Keep up the great up. 100/10 recommend

Most of the dishes we ordered tasted good but special mentions to Teriyaki beef which was very tender and Rocky Shrimps and Salmon Sushi Roll which were tasty appetizers... Yangchow fried rice was amazing to taste... And reasonable rate....

Spirited 11 Team -Very good ambience and great customer service.Highly recommended!!!!All the food served is delicious and tasty.The sea food basket is the iconic dish which we have liked more.Also try there signature dish Chicken salt and Pepper.

Nice Brunch Buffet with more than 5 Non Veg items and live counter. The live counter had grill varieties of sausages, Fish and chicken. Food spread was a mix of continental, chinese and other cuisines. The normal package included a pool and one glass of wine as well. All at a very affordable price.

Spirited 11 Bar - Im a regular customer here, staff interactions are very nice and the ambience as well . Snacks are good , i tried the fish fingers and liked a lot .Highly recommend for everyone . Be with your family or friends or colleagues, this place is really cool
