Nice hotel to stay with family..... Friendly and helpful staff neat and clean rooms..... Near to metro station inhouse restaurant also available. We get complimentary breakfast in our package. Nice stay with Dunes team

I regret staying at this hotel.The rooms are not clean, the bedsheets were used ones, there was no ventilation in the restrooms, one of the ceiling lights was not working. The ceiling fan was noisy.The restaurant downstairs serves terrible food. The receptionists dont know about any handicraft shops. They dont know about approximate auto fares for a distance. In short, if you can, please avoid this hotel.

Very Good and polite front office staff Specially Asst Front Office Manager with a good hospitality. Hotel is very beautiful with many recreation facilities. Food is very tasty and reasonable.Thank you once again for your amazing hospitality.

Very nice rooms and good hospitality. Even though the hotel was near to the railway station, the hotel had a completely different ambience. The staffs were very sweet and understanding. The rooms were really clean and everything was just the way we liked

The room was good to be true. The living area, furniture, bathroom, and bedroom were top class. Food exceeded our expectations. Chicken biriyani was one of the finest we had from Kochi. Service was also timely and efficient. Will revisit for sure
