I recently stayed at riveria by raj, muvattupuzha for a day and had a wonderful experience. The room quality and cleanliness were excellent, ensuring a comfortable and pleasant stay. The property location is quite good. Good restaurants and vfs office are walkable. I only had breakfast. Options were limited but tasted good and was priced appropriately. Room was clean and check-in, checkpout was fast. Reception is on floor 1 and on arrival there was no one at entrance of hotel. Some random staff mentioned have to go to floor 1. No welcome drink as mentioned on voucher. Anyways was not keen on the welcome drink but -1 for the not so good experience on arrival
