入住的中國人比較少，估計攜程上面剛合作，這家院子的房間非常乾淨整潔，老闆兩口子很熱情。這個民宿還有亮點，陽台景色非常好。
院子在小城裡，跟着Google map非常好找,若打車有可能進不了景區裏面，下車後走進去很快就到，到城裡逛逛也很方便。

主人是一對熱情的法國夫婦，和他們之間的交流非常好，他們給了很多幫助。房子是很經典的傳統建築，裝修顯然經過了非常精心的設計，像住在宮殿裏。那個公用的大露台是最大的亮點，每天在那吃早飯、俯瞰整個古城，給了我們很獨特的體驗。

Staying at Riad Inaya was an amazing experience that took our Fez trip to a whole new level. Pascal and Marjorie made us feel at home, even though we were miles away. Every corner was beautifully decorated with exquisite details, and we had wonderful conversations in this lovely riad. From breakfast to dinner, and every moment in between, we experienced Fez all over again. Thank you, Marjorie, thank you, Pascal

Hotel owners Pascal and Marjorie made our stay at their Riad extra special -it felt as if we were staying at the home of good friends. The Riad is lovely, clean and the breakfast (and a dinner) was delicious. The location is within easy walking distance to most sights but in a quiet and calmer area. Thank you Pascal and Marjorie for 8 fantastic days!

Recientemente me alojé en el Riad Anaya en Fez y, lamentablemente, mi experiencia estuvo lejos de ser agradable. El servicio fue extremadamente decepcionante. En primer lugar, el personal parecía desinteresado e inútil. Cada vez que tenía preguntas o necesitaba ayuda, me recibían con indiferencia y, a veces, incluso con mala educación. Sentí que les estaba molestando en lugar de ser un invitado valioso. En segundo lugar, la limpieza de la habitación dejaba mucho que desear. Había manchas en la ropa de cama y el baño no estaba bien limpio. Este nivel de higiene es inaceptable, especialmente en un entorno hotelero. Por último, los servicios anunciados no estaban disponibles o no funcionaban. El Wi-Fi no era confiable y el aire acondicionado apenas funcionaba, lo que hacía incómodo permanecer en la habitación. En general, no recomendaría el Riad Anaya a nadie que busque una estancia agradable y confortable en Fez. Ciertamente hay mejores opciones disponibles donde recibirá el servicio y la atención que se merece.

Que dire? Un magnifique Riad, au calme, avec une vue à couper le Souffle! Pascal et Marjorie sont des personnes d’une gentillesse incroyable, toujours là Pour vous donner de bons conseils. Le Riad est décoré avec beaucoup de goût, avec une petite touche à la française très agréable. C’est extrêmement propre, ça sent divinement bon! Bouchra est la Pour préparer des plats du soir (bien meilleurs que le Relais&chateaux!) Deux terrasses pour vous relaxer en fin de journée! Facile d’accès depuis la porte bab guissa. Pascal et Marjorie viennent vous chercher à votre arrivée et vous raccompagne à votre taxi en partant. Encore merci !🙏🏻

Molto accogliente, confortevole ed il gli host del Riad sono persone splendide! Pascal e Marjorie ci hanno fatto sentire a casa, coccolandoci in ogni nostra esigenza, tra taxi, cene e richieste last minute sono stati davvero speciali. Senza parlare poi della location che è estremamente elegante e pulita. Veramente Consigliato!
