The room was wow, even more beautiful than the pictures, all the riad was stunning! What made everything so special was Moufid the host that could not have been any more attentive and made us feel safe and at home! He was the best host of all the trip and made the stay extra special. I would definitely recommend this hotel as it’s so beautiful and has everything you could need, with the experience of staying in a authentic riad and you have the best host to take care of you that you could wish for!

We stayed 3 nights at the Riad and chose the luxury room with a pool view, price was 104 euros per night. I won’t mention the effort of the host who by trying to help us reduce the price asked us to cancel the booking online and pay him with cash on site , which was of good intentions perhaps but shady. The Riad entrance is clean , however not the one in the pictures. The rooms are not worth the price , the furniture is old and not so well maintained and in the 3 nights we stayed only once the room cleaning was done and not to high standards. Breakfast is terrible , no variety, cold bread and being Moroccans ourselves we can say when it’s not good. The TV was advertised being with Netflix options , that was wrong and it was not working . The parking was ok but we could have gotten the public parking lot , there was noise in the room and bad smell in the bathroom. Only one person was doing host, cleaning person, cook!!!!!!! There is nothing amazing about the service to be honest , it’s not worth the price and with the same amount you can book a 4 star hotel close to city centre with better service and view. We can’t recommend for anyone to pay so much and go there , choose other places that are worth it.

La struttura si trova in una zona tranquilla e allo stesso tempo vicina a tutti i punti di interesse da visitare. La stanza è grande, pulita ed accogliente, dotata di aria condizionata e silenziosa. Moufid è estremamente gentile e ti aiuta per ogni eventualità, è andato alla stazione di persona per acquistare i nostri biglietti del treno perché più conveniente ed il giorno in cui siamo ripartiti ci ha preparato una colazione abbondante ed alcune cose da mangiare per il viaggio. Ci siamo sentiti a casa. Lo consiglio a tutti.
