Amazir stay at Riad EL Amine we stayed at this Riad with my mom, we really enjoy hospitality of the staff Check in is seamless and efficient. The rooms are beautifully appointed and charming as is the rest of the building. The rooms and the hotel are kept spotlessly clean and frankly I would have loved to take any of the cleaning staff back home with me. The rooftop provides a sheltered space to relax and take some sun, and the spa is a cooling respite when it gets too much. we will come back again :)

The hotel is a wonderful place to rest and move through the medina. The hotel is very comfortable and comfortable. The terrace of the hotel, a good one to drink something while you see the evening.

Palais Amani is a charming hotel, in the traditional Riad style. Staff was so helpful and friendly, and the restaurant does a good job with traditional Moroccan dishes. Also, it is in a beautiful setting. While at Palais Amani, we took a cooking class with Fez Cooking School. The whole experience set a wonderful mood for our trip, from shopping for ingredients in the souk to cooking chicken tagine at the hotel's rooftop kitchen. Lubna and her colleagues were knowledgeable, charming, and a lot of fun.

Everyone at Karawan Riad was friendly and competent. Immediately upon arrival, the staff greeted us, took our bags, and helped us check in. We called ahead to say we would arrive late and they gave us our dinner options so they could have dinner ready when we arrived. Everything we ate was delicious. We particularly liked the Moroccan salad. Also, our older son was not feeling well and they offered him soup and later bread to take to his room. The next day while touring Fez, we asked if the hotel could call a doctor to check on our son. They handled everything and sent a very competent female doctor who had a lot of experience with travelers who have experienced unpleasant GI symptoms. She prescribed some meds and the hotel staff member went to the pharmacy to retrieve them. The hotel staff continued to check on our son bringing him tea to his room and overall were very compassionate and helpful. Nezpah who did our final check out was very pleasant and helpful. Our only regrets of our visit was that we wished we had more time to enjoy the hotel including the hammam.

Breakfast is a local breakfast, see the picture, relatively plain. I like to eat meat in the morning so it is not very appetizing. The hotel itself is really beautiful, the official website said that the 13XX Pasha Palace was refurbished and refurbished. The hotel is located in the old town and is convenient to wherever you go. The room facilities are also good, basically have everything they should. But the old house also has problems. The soundproofing is too poor. There is a room on the second floor that can be heard up and down by the elevator, and the noise in the aisle will be loud. It was already evening on the day of arrival, and when I entered the house, I rushed into the smell of disinfectant water. The biggest breakdown is that there are 4 power jumps in 2 nights. This kind of thing happens in such a house is really scary. When the staff said that this had never happened before, it made people feel even more terrifying. The traffic is fairly convenient, you can park nearby, and you don’t have to drag your luggage for too long. But this location is actually quite far away from the regular old city activity area, and the shortcuts in the old city don't dare to go at night. We wanted to take a taxi on the side of the road at about four or five o'clock. It was difficult to take a taxi. It seemed that the taxis were full of people. Leaving in the morning, I had to take a taxi to the CTM station. Since it is difficult to call a petit taxi at this location during the day, I asked the front desk to help book a private car. It takes about ten minutes and 100dhr. If you know you have been killed, you can only use this method. The girl at the front desk is very dedicated and feels like she is sitting there day and night. If you have any questions, just ask her, but it makes people feel that pushing dinner and spa is a bit too much, but I don’t say anything if I refuse. Woke up the morning before leaving and helped us pack breakfast.

The location is not close to anywhere, nor is it far from anywhere. It takes at least 800 meters to walk to the train station, which is quite painful under the scorching sun. Fortunately, the hotel facilities are at the level of a standard three-star express hotel, and the stay is quite comfortable and quiet at night.
