Happy to find this place , great location, close to the center yet in peaceful area very near to the forest and fresh green area. Really liked the detailed attitude in creating the hotel that way, calm and organic colors, very good quality bedding , a room with a jacuzzi is just gorgeous, with a beautiful view to the sea and the forest. Spacious balcony makes it even more comfortable to stay , cause it is so nice to enjoy a sunset and night lights of the harbor and its beautiful view. Owners of the hotel ,to my opinion are highly professional people, and were attentive to requests . It was a pleasure to meet them. Truly recommend. And grateful that this type of quality, service and accommodation is offered for customers .

4 months ago, I made a reservation for this hotel very willingly through a tour. I was going to go with my wife and my 2-year-old daughter. But 2 days before we went to the hotel, my daughter became very ill and had bronchitis. We had to return to our hometown in a hurry. Let's talk about the situation regarding the hotel. A report was given to my daughter from the university hospital. Even though I agreed and the tour company understood me and said we could cancel the hotel, the hotel insisted on not canceling our stay and we could not go. I wish they had shown some empathy, after all, this was not an arbitrary cancellation. This was a big lesson for us.
