Elisabetta our host was exceptional. A wonderful lady who welcomed us to her beautiful home / B&B. The room was large and so well appointed. Great view out onto the local area. So well located literally inbetween palazzo Pitti and Piazza Santa Spirito. Elisabetta gave us maps and recommendations of amazing places to walk and the best dining options. She also prepared the most beautiful breakfast each day with fresh fruit, cheese, meats, bread and homemade marmalade and cakes. Any style eggs if we wanted. A truly wonderful stay in a beautiful city.

My wife, two daughters (aged 10&8) and I stayed in the Orange Room at B&B Bonsignori, Florence, Italy, very clean & comfortable. The B&B is in a historic building and has been lovingly restored by the owners who live next door. The B&B has all mod-cons including Wi-fi & en-suite shower rooms. Situated south of the river over the Santa Trinita bridge, well situated for our two day visit to Florence exploring the beautiful city. The Pitti Palace & amazing gardens were a stones throw behind the B&B, the famous Ponte Vecchio bridge just a 5min walk away. Our host Elisabetta, welcomed us with a smile and couldn't have been more helpful, offering city guides for the kids, recommending restaurants and attractions. Breakfast was laid out each morning offering a traditional continental style breakfast, a good start to the day. We would most definitively return / recommend you stay at B&B Bonsignori. Just note you are on the second floor with no lift access (wasn't a problem for us) and the road outside was busy (if you're not used to city life).

Easter long weekend in Florence, with the aim of seeing as much as possible and the excellent location of the b&b made it achievable. Everything was within short walking distance. The b&b is very nice, clean and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. It is well managed by Elisabetta, courteous and very helpful. Excellent breakfast: varied, from sweet to savory with delicious homemade cakes every day, as well as fig and orange jams. Two flights of stairs without elevator, are compensated by what is found. Highly recommended

We loved our stay. Elisabetta was wonderful, she welcomed us very well! It was me, my husband and two children. The breakfast was excellent, the room and bathroom were clean with a great shower. Very familiar atmosphere, we felt like we were at home.

Very nice Bed and Breakfast in Via Maggio, in a super position to reach on foot all the main historical sites to visit in the splendid Florence. Very nice, clean room and breakfast prepared by the owner with home made jams which we greatly appreciated! Advised!!!!

Very central location, pity 2 floors of very steep stairs without a lift. Unfortunately we stayed 2 nights with a child without breakfast service. The very nice poor art room had a lot of dust on the furniture.
