Florence is a small city and if you consider this the location is good. Owner was nice and polite. Place was more than enough. It was nice and clean. Would recommend it.

My God!!!!! Please, don't make the same mistake we did!!!! Spend a little more but with satisfaction. Old mini room, with a musty smell, very little airing and lighting, I would say gloomy., very dirty, no service. In three days of overnight stay abandoned to ourselves, no cleaning or change of towels, no television, the first day without hot water. They even had the nerve to ask without telling us first, the addition of € 20 for the delay of an hour at check in...... shameful
