The place was wonderful. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Shout out to Marco for recommending great food for us. There’s a common room for hot and sparkling water as well!

Our stay at Ruby. Bae was lovely however we booked the loft with the view onto the balcony which we did not get. So was a little disappointed with the room as it was not a what I originally booked
The loft that was offered by to us had no window and the small balcony wall was too high to see any view.
But overall hotel is nice.

Everything was amazing and it was perfect for a family of four, except it was a bit far from the city centre which required 20 mins walk.

Very nice and clean hotel. We had a small issue with the noice in one morning. Someone turn on the music very loud on the terrace at 07:30, by mistake and our room was above the terrace, but I went to reception and the problem was solved. Otherwise everything was nice!

The room is the best, they got two speaker in the room and you can even borrow a guitar from the reception. The staff were really friendly and helpful,.

family travelling , overall stay is okay .
1.) if you coming with family or group , batter don't choose this hotel , because need you do checking in and key in all detail at hotel lobby by your self , is take time .
2.) if you have a car , batter don't choose this hotel , the car park is very far from the hotel stay . need walk around 15min to the car park . hotel never provide any car park . is trouble for us .

The hotel is new, has great bed sheets, towels etc. The staff is great.
Location is ok, it will take you 20 minutes to walk to tourist districts.
Took breakfast once, it’s not bad, but there are no hot options (like omelette or scrambled eggs etc), there are basically just pastries and cold cuts.
There are few coffee shops around that I enjoyed.
The complimentary tea station is located in every floor of the hotel, so there is no tea or coffee in the room (there is no free coffee, but you can order it at a bar)
All in all, I liked it. It’s very new, very clean and very friendly.
