What a wonderful stay! The staff was incredibly helpful, and the breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of options. Plus, the location was perfect, making it easy to explore the area. I will surely come back to Florence and stay at this hotel again, highly recommended!

酒店位置很好，離那不勒斯SMN火車站不行3-5分鐘，酒店出門右手邊有很火的一家意麪店，主打火焰芝士意麪，一直需要排隊，不過翻枱率還是挺快。火車站對面有家牛排店，算是當地的網紅店，有好幾家分店.T骨牛排做的不錯，但是點評上有國人推薦的燉牛肚，輕易不要嘗試，如果你喜歡番茄意麪味的，請隨意。 酒店很乾凈，人員很熱情，服務業很棒，設施上少的一分，是因為房間WIFI實在是信號弱，衞生間都比床上強，儘管有工作人員去看了，但感覺是覆蓋範圍的問題，房間位置差了點，而且自帶5G也一般，上網很艱難。
酒店自帶的餐廳號稱米其林GIUDE，本來期待滿滿它的早餐，但與其他意大利傳統酒店的早餐並無而已，甚至略顯簡單，比我們在瑞士體驗的米其林餐廳的早餐差遠了。

Great location in terms of proximity to train station and historical centre. Breakfast was good and the staff who served coffee and drinks was very warm and friendly. Just the bathroom window was broken and was unable to be opened and the lid of kettle was broken as well. Other than these minor issues it was a comfortable stay.

I booked this hotel for myself and my family. We really appreciate the friendly service from the staff throughout our stay. The building itself is gorgeous and is located within a few minutes walk from the Firenze SMN train station.
We stayed in two two-bed rooms. One of which was big with a walk-in closet. However the other one was small and we could hear the water pipes at night. Sound isolation was also not great as we could hear laughter from the guests staying next door. Would recommend this hotel to travellers who look for a central location and do not mind hearing some noise from pipes or guests chattering at night.

What’s a pleasant surprise! My hubby and I thought it’s going to be a predictable and ordinary hotel but we were proven wrong. The location is about 10 mins away from the train station. Our stay at Hotel Rivoli was definitely one of the most memorable and value for money we have had in Italy, given the cleanliness, the amenities provided and friendliness of staff. Our room has a small veranda which we had made it a point to have a relaxing glass of wine every night. The hotel is also currently having lovely Christmas seasons exhibits for school children.
