The hotel enjoys a great location in the city center and all attractions are within walking distance. It's practically brand new. The rooms are comfortable, as are the beds. The shower was fantastic! Perfect breakfast. I highly recommend it.

The accommodation is very good, clean and comfortable rooms. The breakfast area is small, but charming and very well stocked, nothing was missing at breakfast. Giovanni is very friendly and helps with anything you need. From the accommodation you can easily reach any part of the city.

Very nice hotel, strategic location and very close to the centre, bus stop and tram stop. Abundant and very good breakfast with sweet and savory options. The only flaw is the value for money, perhaps too excessive, but otherwise nothing to say, receptionists very available also via Whatspp for anything.

We are still staying with my wife and daughter in this very comfortable and spotless hotel. Brand new structure, very spacious and clean rooms with every comfort. The hotel should be a 3 star. Minibar in the room, lift, comfortable breakfast spaces. The owners are very kind. The location is central and strategic for visiting the center of Florence, reachable in 10 minutes on foot. The car park is also a 10 minute walk from the hotel and costs €20 per day or €1.60 per hour. Hotel to recommend.

My partner and I stayed in this hotel for 2 nights and I must say that we were very happy... the rooms are new, modern and welcoming, perhaps a little too hot but this can be remedied by lowering the temperature. The bathroom is not very large but has everything you need The owner very kind and helpful and they redone the room even though I was only staying 2 nights I didn't expect it! It is also located 5m from the historic center and 2m from the Fortezza Da Basso. In front of the hotel there is a bakery that you absolutely must visit!!! Fabulous croissants and pastries!!

Small hotel recently renovated.. located a few minutes from the historic center.. Clean rooms as well as the bathrooms.. comfortable brand new furnishings.. Good value for money. The photos do not do it justice because they represent the state of the places before the renovation
