Unfortunately I cannot recommend this place. When we arrived and rang the reception, someone came after 10min on a bicycle. We were given a room facing a small and dusty interior courtyard, with very little light coming in the room. Clearly the official photos are somehow deceiving. The floors and furniture are old and not in a good sense. The door to the shower cabin was 'fixed' with a scotch tape and the water was almost cold. The only decent thing was the bed which was relatively comfortable and clean, however if there was an option to get even a partial refund upon arriving, I would have changed the 'hotel' in a heartbeat.

The host was extremely helpful and friendly. We enjoyed our stay. Affordable and close to main attractions (downtown). We had breakfast with our reservation. Even though, we arrive late he was very nice and pleasant 😊 we were able to leave our bags after check out to go seesight the city!

Cramped room, capitalising on the demand, we arrived to the hotel to a room cramped with 1 double bed and 2 single beds. This room costed €900 for 4 nights and the condition of the room were not worth that or habitable for 4 nights, so we cancelled through *********** making a complaint about the conditions of the room, but agreed to stay 2 of 4 nights and pay the rate of 2 nights. the owner knocked the door and told us aggressively to either pay the full 4 night cost or leave in that moment and pay one night. (Ignoring the confirmed *********** request) We felt severely uncomfortable and packed up and left, paying what we owed. We amended this on *********** ourselves and it was confirmed that it had been changed as we worried we could be robbed. Next following day 8 payments transaction were made by the hotel ranging from €250-€18 looking for money from us. FOR NO REASON IT HAD BE CANCELLED ON ***********. Luckily there was nothing in the account and no money was taken. Awful attitude from receptionist. Literally thrown out on the streets with no where to stay at 7pm.

Not all facilities always correspond to the description of BOOKING the hotel was not efficient at all and I speak under the point of confidentiality we had the door of the room that gave to the entrance of the hotel we could hear everything in addition the mini bar in the room did not even work , they could avoid putting it on.

Dotata di tutti i comfort, camera calda, accogliente e silenziosa con affaccio sul patio interno. Bagno spazioso e pulito. Cambio biancheria e pulizia della stanza quotidiana. Letto comodo.
