The only positive point is the location, but considering everything else it's not worth the accommodation. The photos of the rooms deceive and induce reservations, but the reality is very different. the office is in another location. No one tells you that to get to your room you have to walk at least 7 minutes on cobblestone streets carrying suitcases, but don't worry, that's not all. You will still have to climb 80 steps with all your bags and open 5 doors until you enter your room, wet with sweat and unable to speak. It is not a place for the elderly, people with special needs or small children using strollers. The place is extremely poorly maintained. The ground floor is dirty, with old statues and broken doors and at the bottom of the land there is a bush with an abandoned house with broken windows. We arrived from a walk around 10pm and there was no lighting. The place could easily be a horror movie set. Ah, the rooms were clean, ok? But this is the minimum of the service I contracted and cannot be a positive point. In such an old and poorly maintained place, I didn't see any firefighting equipment. If the electrical installations follow the poor maintenance of the place, I have no doubt that it is an unsafe place. Even though it is a period residence, it must include security and accessibility. As for the staff, terrible. Objective and without empathy or flexibility. They were unable to support us with late checkout, even though we paid to leave our bags at reception, we had to take them out by 5:30 pm and they denied us the use of the reception bathroom claiming it was broken. They denied it to a guest!!!! Obviously I would never stay there again and I would like to warn you not to be fooled by the photos posted.

Le foto non rendono giustizia a questa bellissima stanza! Già dall'ingresso al palazzo si è catapultati in un viaggio spazio temporale nella magnifica imperiosità di tempi lontani...la magia è l'atmosfera romantica che trasudano queste mura purtroppo non possono essere trasmesse in una foto! Sembra un set cinematografico! Non abbiamo riscontrato alcun tipo di problema, dalla cortesia delle ragazze alla reception, al nostro soggiorno nella camera. Eravamo spaventati dalle recensioni precedenti che parlavano di scale insormontabili e schiamazzi notturni, beh nulla di tutto ciò! Le scale sono 2 piani di scalini bassi, che si, con la mia prestazione fisica pari a quella di un facocero possono risvegliare muscoli addormentati da anni... ma posso garantire di averli percorsi 4 volte in un giorno e che non sono nulla di così proibitivo. Le antiche imposte a battente all'interno della camera hanno accompagnato il nostro sonno senza alcun rumore molesto proveniente dall'esterno. Il letto è comodissimo e le coperte sono soffici e calde, la stanza è pulita e la terrazza da sogno! Avrò un bellissimo ricordo di questo soggiorno. Una nota di merito allo scalda acqua elettrico in camera, per noi è stato molto d'aiuto.
