Fantastic central location to many sites within easy walking distance making driving unnecessary. The apartment is clean, large and absolutely gorgeous.

Although the apartments looks fresh and new, they have a serious problem with bedbugs!! Do not stay there, it is infested! Bedbugs did serious damage, hands became very itchy which made rest of the trip uncomfortable. The host did not take the issue seriously when reported. Other than that, also the AC was not working. Couldn't keep windows open because of army of mosquitos. Tried calling the helpline but noone answered. Later when sending an email about the bedbugs situation and AC they even started arguing that the AC was working... C'mon I was in the apartment and it didn't start to work. Do not understand this kind of customer service. Other than that, the apartment is not central and requires a longer walk to reach the centre of Florence.

So they have not even dealt with the problem. Also the AC was also not working - although they claimed it worked. Do not understand why they are you arguing with customers - I was in the apartment and it was not working. There was a helpline number what was not answered. In general the responsility is poor.

We enjoyed staying here. Very comfortable for two people. Can’t comment on sofa bed. Modern kitchen with enough equipment for basic meals. Convenient for train station and buses. Restaurants nearby, useful for evening dinner. We found the Chinese restaurant food very good as well as the Italian restaurant next door to the Hop pub. Recommend the three day hop on off bus ticket.
