體驗感很差，前台因為兩個訂單分開定的，半天搞不清楚狀況。酒店位置離火車站很近，晚上會比較吵。佛羅倫薩整體不太大，其實可以住稍微遠一點的。

Very friendly staff in the breakfast room but better to choose the room in opposite side of train station as it’s very noisy all day with tram ( like earthquake and noisy) select higher floor as well

就在火車站門口，太方便了，而且11點就幫我辦理入住了，也能免費寄存行李，工作人員也很友好，幫忙收外賣，退房時還和聊天，説他去過上海，打算下次去北京，來取行李時，一個女員工看我磨磨唧唧，準備走無障礙通道，結果她直接上手幫我提下來，🤠單人房房間是比較小和圖片一樣，唯一缺點隔音不太好，不過就這性價比很不錯了。🅿️也很方便就在隔壁，不過有點貴，30歐一晚上

四星酒店。地理位置：滿分。1. 在FIRENZE S.M. 火車站對面，真真對面… 過個馬路就到，十分方便。
2. 走路去Duomo衹需要12分鐘，而且沿路都是可以買買吃吃的店鋪。
注意因為在火車站廣場附近，有不少流浪漢。
服務：幫我們check in 的工作人員非常友好也很有人情味。
設施： 浴室非常乾淨。設施完善好用。
性價比很高：讓我們非常驚喜的是還有陽台可以看到景色（如圖），陽台也很大，有茶几和兩張藤椅。
這個酒店令我們在佛羅倫薩的幾天更為舒適開心，
很推薦。

Great hotel in a such a fantastic location. We were travelling between cities via trains and so this hotel was perfect. The breakfast at the hotel is great, good variety and quality. Our room had a balcony and a great view.
