It’s located right across from the train station. Lots of cars and human traffic. WiFi worked well. No convenient store nearby at night. Our junior suite is roomy and sofa bed was reasonably good but It’s a bit dark even with all the lights on.

The room was terribly old and very smelly, the air conditioning was almost working and loud. The walls and the bathroom were very old, the pillow was very badly smelly. Not recommended at all. The only good thing about it that it’s near to the station.

Location is good, near public transportation. The place is cozy, the room is small but clean with enough equipment. Nearby coffee shop is nice.

The hotel is just across the street from the Firenze Santa Maria Novella Station and Tram routes. Good environment and all attractions and shopping are within walking distance. We did not require to get on any public transport while at Firenze.
I booked for 2 people but there was only 1 set of towels in the room. I presumed it was a minor mistake, no big deal.
Highly recommended.
