Our room was located near the stairs and we were woken up by people passing by at night and in the morning. The towels provided by the hotel had some unknown and disgusting items on them, I attached the pictures. Other than that, everything was good.

THe hotel is dated - it would be nice to look old on the outside and up to date on the inside. It was hard to figure out how to turn on the AC - glad it worked though. Location is good, but the problem is parking - you cannot park on the street - had to park about 10-12 minute away, in a public parking. Breakfast is surprisingly good, with several options to choose from. The extra bed was flimsy, with the wood springs falling twice. Not a lot of space in the room - but, in a way, expected in Europe (especially coming from US). It would be good for the people upfront to share all the options and restrictions when it comes to parking. The lady in the morning included my car in the system, because you can get a ticket even by entering the restricted area.

Wonderful hotel in an old building. Walking distance to the center of Florence is about 10 minutes. Good breakfast. Friendly staff. Kettle, tea bags, glasses, mugs, refrigerator in the room. Reception helped by phone to contact the hotel in another city to which we were moving. Left our luggage in storage for several hours after check-out until the transfer arrived for us!
