It was a very pleasant stay. The room was clean and spacious. The staff were friendly and approachable. There’s a tram station not far from the hotel.

The hotel location was very good, cleaning, and the service was excellent.
NO AIR CONDITIONING!
The hotel employees stated that the city doesn't allow turning on the AC until June. The windows only can be opened a little, so you can breathe at night. I had to get up 2 times each night, take a shower to refreshen up and be able to sleep.
AC only in the lobby area of the hotel.
A 200 euros night hotel, without AC ???
When I picked the hotel, I picked it with wifi, AC, and breakfast.

Hotel is a bit far from the Florence central station.
It will be helpful to gives a directional map how to get to the hotel in their website.
The reception staffs are helpful and friendly.
Breakfast was excellent with choices, but serving staffs are not that friendly.
