Do not trust this establishment. They steal from guests. Very unprofessional. Bad communication and deceptive. They do not answer questions when you reach out to them. Warning do not stay here or make a reservation. They are terrible hosts.

I booked at this B&B for two weekend nights (higher rates) and tried to switch for later dates (weekdays) and requested the owner to change the dates or give me a credit for future use, but he tried his best to take my money and even stopped picking up the phone. Seems like a dishonest place. DO NOT BOOK AT THIS PLACE, PLEASE.

Enchanted by the kindness of the host, Augustino, and his parents. Strong points of the establishment: the very comfortable beds, a very pretty terrace and a small green garden, the quiet area outside the ZTL of Firenze but close to the Porta Nuova, the possibility of benefiting from free parking.

We had decided to plan a trip to Florence for New Years. The owner of the agency offered us a b/b, assuring us that it was close to the centre, as can be seen from the information on the site. Furthermore, the lady showed us photos relating to the structure which, however, arriving on site, were misleading and somewhat disappointing. The external appearance of the structure was satisfactory, but upon entering the reality was very different. The manager's welcome was acceptable, while the room was small, not very usable, towels with holes and sheets not very clean. The heating was sometimes turned off with a succession of blackout episodes. To reach the b/b you had to go up a very tiring uphill road to reach, especially with luggage As regards breakfast, it had to be served in a space used for this purpose, but all this did not happen

The neighborhood is residential and charming, the room window opens onto the wooded Florentine hills, there is no shortage of cleanliness and good hospitality, but the complex leaves a stale impression. Un endroit calme dans un quartier résidentiel agréable. Agostino et ses parents sont de super hôtes qui pourrons etre de tres bon conseil et très agréable. Concernant le parking vous trouverez sans problème des place devant la Maison attention "ligne bleue" qui sont payantes mais pas cher j'ai payer environ 20€ du vendredi 12h au lundi 12h. Une fois la voiture déposée vous pourrez utiliser les bus dont les arrets sont très proches je vous conseille le numéro 37. La maison est charmante et les chambres également. Le petit déjeuner est très copieux avec des choix multiples et et des produits de régionales de qualités.
