This hotel is very clean and new. Staffs was so kind and helpful too. On the second day of our stay, we had a problem with the hot shower in both of our rooms and only managed to get the problem fixed at night. Due to that, they compensated us free breakfast as a service recovery for my family the next day. We enjoyed our stay in this boutique hotel. However the parking in this hotel is so limited that we almost didn’t get parked our car in the hotel. We weee told that if no parking spaces available, we had to find a blue lot to park outside the hotel area. So far we were lucky enough to get the parking lot inside the hotel.

Not so bad a hotel! Free parking! About 5 km from the center. However it is walking distance to carrefour supermarket.Breakfast not so bad as compared to other similar hotel. Overall it’s good for business trip.

the service was good and the staff was friendly, although I forgot the lady's name assisting us for the checking in. We took the T2 tram from the train station to Guidoni tram stop, and it took us about six/seven minutes to reach the hotel on foot. upon our checking in, we were given a coupon for two wellcome drinks, and it was well received by both me and my wife. Overall we will definitely recommend this hotel to our friends.

Really good hotel and service very close to tram and bus services. Takes 15 mins to reach the centre and main attractions. Outstanding service and ammenities along with free welcome drinks at the bar.

I was ripped off by the management of this hotel.
After a flight delay and lost luggage my wife and I were on the street in Florence work no plans to stay. The calendar interface was a bit confusing and I found on the confirmation that I had booked for September instead of August. I contacted the booking agent, who agreed to contact the hotel to request cancellation. Shortly they replied to me that the hotel refused to allow cancellation of my 1 night, $198 room. I contacted the hotel and they told me their contact with the booking agency prevented then from allowing the cancellation. Later communication with both Trip.com and Wyndham confirmed that this decision was totally at the discretion of the hotel. Not only did they retain my payment for a hotel room they could have easily re-booked, they lied about it.
This hotel has really heartless, uncaring management.I f you have any problem with this hotel, plan on getting screwed.
