Newly renovated room, with balcony, nice view, but no soundproofing, convenient transportation

The room was very spacious, 2 bathrooms to share with two other rooms in this fully-kept apartment. Super kitchen provided and all really clean. Quality price ratio fantastic (I paid EUR 48 for one night). Just remember that it's the fourth floor without hiss, right under the bus 20 to go to the center. Absolutely recommended.

Very nice hotel The staff is really nice and was very helpful with us. There’s a train station close by the hotel which is 5 minutes away from Florence main station. From where you can easily go to Pisa or other places. Big parking for free The swimming pool is also nice (if it’s not included in your price it costs 14€/pax to access it) We had dinner at the restaurant once, nice plates but too salty for us

It is a homestay, high-class and elegant. We departed from Milan by car and arrived at the hotel about 22 o'clock in the evening. The front desk was already off work, but very carefully sent me an e-mail with instructions on how to get there, how to find the keys, and enter the room. It's like a treasure hunt, it's fun, the hotel has private parking, free of charge. We booked a triple room. The hotel carefully changed the sofa in the living room to a large and comfortable bed, complete kitchenware, and a wonderful dinner (milk + instant noodles + apples). The heating was great. We put our washed clothes Let it dry overnight. Bringing children, especially in winter, how important a well-heated hotel is! Wake up in the morning and see the backyard, which surprises us again. The blue sky, big green areas, and a rabbit. The child doesn’t want to go. Not rushing to the city, I really want to have fun. According to the hotel staff’s suggestion, I walked smoothly to the nearest light rail bus station in about 15 minutes. Pushing the stroller was fairly smooth. Even though there are wheelchair lanes in the underpasses between the roads, there is no one except the four of us, so it’s a little cautious. If you go alone at night, you will still be afraid. During the trip to Italy, I prefer Florence, this hotel also added points, great!

I live here every time I come

Decent hotel which is not your typical five star hotel. Very good for budget travellers if they are looking to stay in florence. wont recommend if you use the hotel for anything other than sleep at night. Not much amenities and not great room. We used it for typical sleep and go out travel so we loved it for that since its super cheap. AC worked excellent in 39 degree peak florence climate. You can fill water by asking at reception.

All excellent .. if I really want to find some negative points: only the fridge was missing in the room and a safe in case it could be used .. You cannot use the stairs because you are alarmed!
