The front desk lady was super enthusiastic, I loved it! They upgraded my room, which was fantastic! The white, minimalist Italian style is beautiful, and the room even had my favorite Marshall speaker 🥺. There's a bar on the first floor of the hotel, so it's really convenient for drinks, and you can even take them back to your room. With the speaker, you can basically throw your own party! The only downside was that the fire alarm mysteriously went off in the early hours of the second night, waking everyone up, but the staff said it was nothing serious. There was no compensation or apology afterwards, which was a little disappointing, but overall, it was still a great stay!
