Dit hotel zit aan de rand van het centrum, dus de locatie is top. Er zit tevens een parkeergarage onder het hotel. De kamers zijn aan de kleine kant, maar voor één nacht zeker prima! Gezellig hotel.

What a great experience ☺️ we are so kind and friendly received, served and entertained. All staff were very premature. We ”Landee” need help in the digital world, everything is not a problem. Specifically Lukas, Aline and Anne of the late layer were excellent hosts. After a relaxed night (really quiet) there was a super fresh breakfast. Also here we were very preconsulted and served by Jesus. Small requests were met immediately. We're happy to come back ... Top!

As a business person who travels frequently, the Rosewood Hotel (Gemstone Hotel) is undoubtedly the most surprising stop in my recent stay experience. The four-day stay far exceeds expectations from design details to service quality, and is highly recommended for travelers who pursue efficiency and comfort.

The hotel lobby combines German industrial elements with modern minimalist style, and you feel low-key luxury as soon as you enter the door. The mattress is moderately firm and has no waist and back fatigue after staying for four nights. Especially like the double-zone design of the bathroom - separate shower and walk-in cloakroom, taking into account the practical needs of business people.

The front desk staff is fluent in English, take the initiative to ask about check-in preferences and quickly go through the procedures. The daily room is clean and meticulous to the scattered charging cables will be neatly collected, and the turndown service will also supplement the mineral water intimately.

The Executive Lounge on the 6th floor is an ideal place for business and socializing, offering steady quality freshly ground coffee and light meals; after two dinners, the chef’s recommended Bavarian lamb chops are reminiscent. Although the spa was not experienced due to the tight schedule, the 24-hour gym is equipped with Tynojian equipment, and the sauna after the morning run completely relieves jet lag fatigue.

📍 Geographical advantage
Only 10 minutes walk from the Central Railway Station, the surrounding 3 subway stations cover the main business district. The hotel's cooperative car rental company provides Mercedes-Benz E-Class business models, seamlessly connecting customer visits.

Overall evaluation
From check-in to check-out, each link reflects the concept of ”customer-oriented”. For business travelers with sufficient budgets, the design style, location advantages and personalized services here are absolutely excellent value for money. This hotel has been included in my list of preferred European travel options, and I look forward to seeing you next time!

**Tips**: If you need a quiet room, it is recommended to choose the high-rise city view side; the laundry service included in the business package is very time-saving.

This hotel is relatively petty bourgeoisie. There is a 24-hour bar on the first floor, and breakfast is 20 pounds per person. I think it is OK. The only thing is that the room is a little small, about 11m2, but everything else is good.

the hotel gets many things right. the room was clean and the bed! was soooooo comfy. i wanted to pack the mattress with me and carry it back home. but the highlight for me was the breakfast. a part of it (in terms of service) got me wishing for improvement, but that’s the management to figure out. it’s a buffet. i’m mostly self serving, so whatever, the food was good! the selections of teas in the galleys were great too. (refer to the last pic i’m attaching) 
the room was very efficiently planned. no drawers. just one closet. cost cutting done right. a much appreciated big tv too boot. it was easy to cast from my phone. also the location of the hotel was amazing. close to the tube stations and good grocery stores.
i would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling solo. felt very safe around the neighborhood. overall a good stay.

The hotel had an amazing location, very close to the main munich train station and only a 10-15 mins walk to the marienplat area. However that’s the only good thing about this hotel. Other than that, the room is extremely tiny, and the bed is uncomfortable. There are also NO amenities provided, only shower gel, shampoo and conditioner, but the smell of their toiletries are so strong and off putting that i had to buy my own. Do note there is no fridge, no spoons, no slippers. This hotel is alright if staying alone but as a couple it was so cramped and awful. i would definitely not stay here again

A hotel with clean modern rooms, smiling staff and a new generation check-in and check-out system.

There are 2 issues that need to be improved.

The towels placed in the room smell of food.
The air conditioning is controlled centrally, no changes are allowed from the panel. It runs unnecessarily all night long and gets very hot, disrupting comfort.
