Unmaintained and dirty place. Bathroom was moldy, the plaster fell off and they didn't put it back on, the plastic shower was dirty, the windows were dirty, the towels were old. Restaurant had a dead cockroach in the corner. When I saw the cockroach I had to go out for coffee at another establishment! Breakfast with a juice option, those who don't drink orange have nothing else, but the photos show coffee with several options! The laundry room is close to the rooms and is terrible, everything thrown around, exposed for anyone who wants to see the mess and poor quality of cleaning! I don't recommend it! Don't be fooled by the photos!

Wonderful place. Close to the beaches of Joaquina and Mole. One block from Lagoa da Conceição. Bars and restaurants extremely close by. The reception was excellent, I felt welcomed, a place I would definitely return to.

Exceptional accommodation! I received very good service, very polite and professional people, breakfast was well served and at the right time. Very complete rooms with TV, air conditioning and minibar. I walked to the beach and on the way back I saw the wonderful sunset at Lagoa da Conceição. The Hotel is just a few meters from the Lagoa and Avenida das Rendeiras has excellent options of restaurants and bars, all nearby. I will definitely be back!

Amazing experience. Excellent location facing Lagoa da Conceição, you can walk to Mole and Joaquina beaches, which in my opinion are the best on the island. The rooms are very complete, as it is an economic category, I thought the structure and services, such as breakfast, exceeded my expectations. I will come back as often as I can. :)

The guesthouse has an excellent location and great value for money. Simple, but meets everything needed. Clean rooms with air conditioning, minibar, TV, desk, hot shower and breakfast, not much option, but it meets guests' needs with everything very well prepared by Nazaré, who is the highlight of the inn, a friendly lady , super attentive, who even fries some warm eggs for you during breakfast and makes some delicious cakes.
