É um condomínio de sobrados com apartamentos nos andares superior e inferior. Área comum bem cuidada. Fica a beira da Lagoa. Fácil acesso. Apartamentos limpos e de tamanho adequado. Conta com pizzarias e restaurantes na proximidade. Fácil acesso.

O local tinha um super potencial para ser excelente, com uma piscina boa do lado da lagoa! Eles pecaram muito na manutenção e limpeza! Chegamos e nosso banheiro estava com vazamento de água, cada banho alagava o quarto, éramos em 3 pessoas e passamos dois dias limpando o quarto o máximo que conseguíamos deles era mais pano para enxugar a água, ninguém pra nos ajudar e muito menos resolver. Quando estávamos cansadas e resolvemos falar mais grosso, vieram arrumar e assim parou o vazamento! Escolhemos um quarto com cozinha pra tomar café, quase me estatelei no chão porque a cadeira estava sem um pé inteiro e grudado na parede para disfarçar. A cortina também estava nojenta, parecia ter sangue e no segundo dia também após reclamar trocaram a cortina e cadeira. Sobre limpeza, quando chegamos as gavetas do armário tinha até lenços umedecidos sujos, papéis, sacolas, monte de lixo! Embaixo da cama estava uma imundice acho que nunca foi limpo e pra piorar, tinha uma BARATA no quarto! Passamos 5 dias sem trocarem as toalhas do banheiro! Após essa experiência péssima nos deram 10% de desconto (80 reais) que não equivale metade do stress que tivemos .
